Can I Create 1 SUPER UNIT from 2 BROKEN SNOWBLOWERS?

I got my hands on two non-operational Craftsman 926 snowblowers. The one unit has a running 9hp Tecumseh engine, but the body of the blower, transmission, auger assembly, and wheel bearings are all shot. The other unit has a seized engine, but the remaining rolling chassis of the blower is solid. Lets do a hot swap and answer the question...
CAN WE CREATE ONE RUNNING UNIT?
