If you're refering to symphonic metal I have some bands to recommend but if you're referring to symphonic death metal I don't know much because MaYaN is the only symphonic death metal band I know and listen to

There are also Septicflesh - symphodeath for Greece, atmospheric and complicated sound they have :) I’d also recommend Dimmu Borgir and Carach Angren, but they’re more of Sympho Black which is pretty different. There’re still less extreme metal bands like Serenity, Nightwish, Epica, Rhapsody of Fire, Sabaton, Orden Ogan. The whole world of sympho metal is open to you now 😁
