Sir, Mera sawal ye hy ki, jaisa ki aap btate hy, ki khana 55 min ke bhitar khatam kare, nahi to second round ka insulin secretion honga... Ye jo 55 min ka cycle hy ye person to person vary karta hy ya sabhi ke liye hard n fast 55 min hi hota hy... ? Plz doubt clear kare

You are doing well. Body does not follow any mathematics! Continue lifestyle with faith and patience, you will get results
This is normal. You hv reached a plateau. Change your exercises and u'll see changes.
