      Ash gourd juice will cause insulin secretion. If you want to take it on empty stomach, you can take it at the beginning of your meal time in 55 minutes. Take the juice then wait for 15-20 minutes and then eat your meal.

      Many congratulations for your achievement! If you do not have hypertension (raised blood pressure) then you can add salt to your buttermilk. Else avoid. Same lifestyle will cause reduction of waist circumference. Have patience.

      You are a chronic diabetic. Less insulin may be due to beta cells of the pancreas getting exhausted over years of diabetes and medicines. To know whether your pancreas are functioning properly get fasting serum C-peptide done.

    Instead of walking if we burn same amount of calories by doing other excercise like yoga ,gym than what happens

      You should burn around 250-300 calories. You can do any exercise. The advantage of aerobic exercise is that it strengthens your heart, which is very important for people above 40 years of age.

      Its ok. Initially try to walk for 4.5 km in whatever time you require. As your weight goes down and stamina increases you will complete 4.5 km in 45 minutes. Then start running and participate in half marathon!

    आपण वजन कमी करणे व डायबेटिस संदर्भात बोलता पण जे obese आहेत किंवा डायबेटीक आहेत त्यांना हार्ट चा प्रॉब्लेम सुद्धा असू शकतो. त्यांना शेंगदाणे, ड्राय फ्रुटस, milk प्रॉडक्ट्स चालेल का. कारण आपण डाएट प्लॅन मध्ये दररोज शेंगदाणे, ड्राय फ्रुटस घ्या असे सांगता.
