OK, I've had mine for a total of 2 weeks. Same thing happened with my chain, and then with a full battery I got an error code and no power to the motor. How did you solve the chain issue? Had to push my bike home from work lol.
@@claytonwilliams9679 I had a situation where the brake handles were getting stuck, which was disengaging the motor. “Cause when you break the motor cuts off” Make sure your brake levers aren’t getting stuck closed. Sorry I am just now responding, hope your bike is okay!
