    May be you can facilitate resale deals - do one video every month for resale deals within your community. People who want to list have to pay an amount to you to list their property thru your video which would ensure serious sellers are listed.

    Sir, idea to make resale market a better place for all the 3 parties (buyer / seller / broker) is to create a paid platform specially for niche markets like Gurgoan/Pune/Banglore etc where the number of serious investors and sellers are very high.
    Real estate in these markets is no longer a push product and has become a major asset class for most of the people considering annual incomes / existing investment in other assets and majorly FOMO.
    Platform can be provided to these people where they pay a small fees to register either to buy or sell in resale with the assurance that the platform will provide them only serious sellers or buyers will attract lot of people.
    Some points to follow:
    1. Only for niche markets as for Pan India already other platforms are available and people use it only for window shopping
    2. Some dominant player / group of people with lot of followers can start to ensure lot of participation from Day 1
    3. In return of small fees (could be 20 or 30 bps) we can assure atleast 3 serious offers from sellers or buyers etc etc
    4. Lot of examples already exists in the market in other sectors where because of pull factor people are paying fees upfront to show the seriousness (not naming here because of public domain)

    A company may be there to purchase the "resale unit" upfront on EoI and MoU. this company will give the advance and take the right of the property to sell it to the third party.
