Before all of the cool bs kicked in in 2020 I had tickets to Rocklahoma. I was only going so I could see Jinjer and Slipknot. That got screwed and I wasn’t able to make it when they made up the show. So I’m still waiting to see my first live Slipknot show. Oddly I was an adult when Slipknot first came out but did t really get into them til about three years ago. I’m 46 now and I’m hoping they make it back here.

This was the first slipknot concert I went to and it was electric!! The crowd the band everything about it was epic . Been wanted to see them perform ever since they released “We are not your kind” but covid delayed that , so glad to have gotten the opportunity to see the best band on the planet 🤘🏼
I cant explain how happy i am that someone got the whole show. 3 days later and i'm already rewatching this.

It is amazing how consistent Corey sounds now. He sounds better than he has in over 10 yrs
almost like he was able to rest his voice for a while for "some reason"
It's crazy to look at Slipknot and think "healthy." But these last couple years, they look great, sound great, and people seem to be in a good headspace. It's like a golden age.
I’d say it’s a combination of rest and that he stopped smoking (I know that was about 10 years ago now, but he’s continued to sound better and better every year, IMO).

It’s weird. He seems to start out perfectly when he’s singing live, maybe because they don’t seem to put a lot of mixing or effects on his singing. Then somehow he gets even better throughout the song.

Did you have to go through a "health check" tent to enter like it says on the website?
@@SerpentStar_ It was not required in Milwaukee. Which was a bit confusing because I was originally told through email a negative test or vaccination card was required. I purchased through Ticketmaster and found no “health check” for this show. I brought my vaccination card just to be safe.
