I do believe she became the finest female vocalist to ever live at age 10. Thlis is one of many examples. There has never been another with the combination of talents that this young lady possesses. Our barefoot Princess of a thousand voices, the Queen of Jazz. A gift to us all.
Thanks for your reaction! She is only 17 years old today and from Norway. She signed with the label Republic Records just 14 years old, I think we can safely leave the promotion to Republic Record. Marketing will start when her full album is released later this year. There's only one EP with 6 songs she's released from RR now, and they haven't started marketing until the full album is released!. Republic Records know 100% what they are doing? I think a lot of people don't realize how much Angelina has done in her short life (17). She performed FIFA AWARD song, and performed in front of 40 000 people only 11 years old invited by Norah Jones. She was also specially invited by Quincy Jones to perform on his 85th birthday in the O2 arena / London. And so on goes the list... She has over 250 songs on UA-cam with cover songs and many originals. Angelina also plays piano and guitar. The truth is that within a year or two she will be the artist for the big occasions. and not a "bare belly plastic artist" who tops a list for a week and is forgotten just as quickly. She already eats most female vocalists for breakfast, and the label Republic Records and the rest of the music industry know that too! Angelina Jordan has nothing to prove. When she sometimes belts is it because the fits in the performances. She sings to us only she can do!

This one and I'm Still Holding Out For You is all you'll ever need to come to the conclusion that I came to already when she was 7. That she is a one off and that she already at this stage was well on her way to become one of the very best singers in the world. IMO she has been that since the age of 15. Unmatched. Imagine being the parent of a ten year old who sounds like that. I'd be wondering if I was even prepared for this, and praying, "Lord give me strength". After she won Norway's Got Talent and her mother was asked what's next, she said (paraphrasing) "now she has done this show, she'll go back to a normal life". Yeah Sure!
This is the only disco song I have heard from AJ, and it is the only disco song to win a grammy. She takes on the biggest songs in any genre and crushes them. Someone hearing this as their introduction to Angelina would think she specialized in disco and it's a shame that genre went out of style. At 10 alone she crushed so many classic songs from many different genres.
