Congrats on the pick-up. Make sure to check the Mumbos on the inside of the frame on the bridge right in the middle. Likely will see a small divot from manufacturing defect. It’s big enough to notice and get your fingernail in. The coins were also out of the bag for many owners.
Thanks for the heads-up! Will definitely check again, but I thought it was strange to include a collector's coin with M Frames, and definitely a bad idea to include it in the ballistic case where it could unintentionally damage the lenses (even while in the included microbag).

I kinda prefer the brain dead logo on the eye jacket nosepiece. On their last eye jacket release, they use the Oakley stretch logo. However if you compare to the og eye jacket side by side. The stretch logo printed by lux is quite off. Almost looks like a fake pair to me!

@@buffalofaninyak Ah, OK. Sorry, didn't really understand your question at first. Or maybe I still don't completely understand, LOL. I think I do. I'm sure Oakley manufactures their own lenses, but they've shared the technology (HDO) with basically everyone else now (i.e., Rayban, etc), so HDO isn't exclusive anymore. 😞 Overall quality definitely seems to be going down, too. Was thinking it would have been 1,000 times better (IMO) if they would've included a second nosepiece for the additional lens vs a "metal coin" which probably cost much more to manufacture and could have potentially damaged the lenses since it was packed "inside" the ballistic case. Once I checked all three pairs I placed the coin OUTSIDE of the ballistic case, but inside the original box. Makes more sense to pack them that way for safety.
I ordered two pair of the eye jackets on a Australian website. Today they finally arrived. However I am very disappointed. The sunglasses seems to be used. There are even a light scratch on one of them. The lenses have grease when it came. I don’t know whether it’s Oakleys fault or the retailers. I would never buy from the website again!!
Definitely Oakley's fault. Ever since luxottica trash took over in 2008 they've been slowly hemorrhaging like a dying carcass in the middle of Death Valley. Over the past couple years it's been brought to my attention that many of their "special releases" - including, but not necessarily limited to the Muzm Mars, the Shoe Palace Mumbos, the Tennis Ball Yellow Mumbos, and now the Brain Dead Mumbos - have come from the factory with scratched lenses, damaged frames, inconsistent temple shocks (Mars), and even uneven lens etching . It seems that luxottica trash cares ONLY about their bottom line and has forgotten the critical nature of superior product as well as serving the customer. This is what happens when corrupt politicians turn a blind eye to the needs of the people and allow corrupt companies like luxottica trash to become monstrous monopolies, in this case controlling approximately 95% of the sunglass market, which is wholly inexcusable. I'm sorry you had to experience this and would definitely recommend that you contact Oakley as well as Brain Dead to complain about your experience and luxottica's laziness. Luckily I prefer the older frames. Working on an A wire collection. And that also happens to be my first pair of Oakleys

They don’t come with the little plastic piece that cover one of the earstem. Looks like to be a display item.
