I've recorded vids for four in total, I'll drip feed them out in the coming days/weeks so I'll def be giving you a peek at some others. I think you're right - they're solid for livening things up a bit on the shelf (I'm using this one with my Jada Ryu & Chun Li right now) but be mindful of the limitations with the overall size. :)
It looks good but also it's on the small side. Maybe okay for the scene with Snake Eyes meditating. but having him and storm shadow face off one of them has to fall off in the void. Maybe I miss it but are these interlocking? If you bought two of them could you make a bigger scene or is it one of those if you bought two of them you'd have to tape them together so they don't slide apart.
Hi Bobby :) No - they are not interlocking, but you could definitely place two side-by-side to create a 3 wall set up that's wider. You're right though, you'd have to think about maybe taping them together to keep it straight. This one wouldn't be too bad in that set-up, but some of the others I've picked up (vids coming soon) might look a bit janky lined up like that.
I'd say they might scale better with a 5" figure or maybe the Hiya Toys 4" Gi Joe. I did look at these a few weeks ago but decided in the end that the bigger one were better value for money and more useful. It might be good for a lower shelf though.. but for other settings a much broader diorama or even a set scaled for 12" figures might be more useful (such as the Forest scenes). I also found some rather nice vinyl wall prints that may be an even better choice too for certain displays. I think a good idea might be to make a scene that fits into a detolf for example.
Yes - I agree. I think they're... OK, and certainly more on the budget side, but their use is limited. I've got some 4" Eagle Force stuff on pre-order, so I'll let you know how they look at that scale, but in the meantime I think I'll be using my large back alley scene dio much more frequently. That said - I've used this particular one on a shelf with my Jada Ryu and Chun-Li and its def adding a little flavour, so I can't be too hard on it.
It does remind me of a few Chinese sets in kung fu movies I used to watch years ago as a kid .. anyway it looks okay but it's very small ,it would look terrible if you try to place a group of figures in it . Thanks for the video Chris it is very much appreciated
Looks interesting. I'd like to see more of these dioramas. That might be helpful for livening up my shelves.

@@MoDXtraGC The size is definitely a concern. It'll depend on if I really like the backdrop or can work it into something bigger

No problem wilfredo - thanks for watching, great to see you around these parts.
I think we've got a solid consensus that they are just a bit too small
It looks like scale perfectly for nendoroid too small for 1/12 scale
Yeah - seems that way, doesn’t it? It’s not *too* bad for 6” figs, but not great for photos etc
No way that's 1/12 scale
Yep - the size is limiting for sure.
