Thank you! What do you do if you sit up, but you're unable to feed the sleeve through his legs? I think I've seen a nice follow-up somewhere, but I can't remember it :)
There are many follow ups from that sit up position, one of the simpler ones is just turing that sit up into a single leg takedown, ideally feeding the tip of the belt or the lapel to that same left hand, making it harder for your opponent to sprawl on top of you, plus you can use your right hand on the ground to help you come up to the single.
Might not be my place to say. But for that technical standup DLR Sweep if you keep your head tight to your opponents leg, it becomes way easier to do

I hit the last sweep in sparring where you get behind and take their legs out... I'm a white belt and I felt like a Jedi.
