Dear friend.I follow your beautiful and constructive videos carefully.thank you for your efforts.I have a version of this sewing machine motor with 1100w.I will use this motor in a different project.the speed control unit of this motor is a 13x10x6 cm box.it has a potentiometer and on-off switch.I need to make an emergency stop switch and a 1-0-2 position switch that can run back and forth to this servo motor box.Since there is a capacitor inside the motor card, it works a little bit due to the accumulation of energy, which creates a problem in my project in terms of safety.can you help me to do this.I would be grateful to you.if you give your e-mail address, I can send the necessary information and pictures.I am writing from turkey.there is no knowledgeable master like you here.
@@ascent42 Thank you for your appreciation of my video. You must first explain, what type of 1100 watt sewing machine motor do you use? Is it a 1 phase 220 volt AC electric motor? Or a 3 phase 380 volt electric motor? Or a DC type servo electric motor? I mean the electricity that enters the motor winding wire. If the electricity is DC like the servo motor in my video, you have to change the circuit on the control module PCB but I don't really understand how to modify it so that you can install a 1-0-2 reverse rotation switch. But if the electricity that enters the motor winding is 1 phase 220 volt AC, you can install a 1-0-2 reverse rotation switch on the starting winding wire cable to the capacitor in the motor. For a 3 phase motor, you have to install 2 contactors, 1 contactor for cw rotation and 1 contactor for ccw rotation.
