Why did I choose an Abarth 500 and not an Astra VXR or Golf GTI!

- I felt it would be interesting to briefly explain to you all why I came to buy the Abarth over some of the more obvious options available such as a Golf GTI, Astra VXR, Corsa VXR , Golf R32 , Fiesta ST or even something more retro from Japan!
Love my 500 Abarth. Most fun I've ever had in a car albeit not for everyone.

I too, fell head-over-heals after Clarksons 'mini-lambo' review. Never thought I'd be lucky enough to own one.
Now though.....after 5 years with my 2013 500 esseesse
I wouldn't own ANYTHING else. WHAT A FUN CAR!!!

I definitely think you made the right decision mate , It’s a great car and you don’t see yourself coming the other way every day, and when you do see another one it’s almost like a party, have fun mate enjoy the car

You mentioned the hybrid ihi in the modified Abarth group, have you got an opinion on it and would it be worth going down that route? Loving the videos!

I always say what clarkson said about the vw up and the ford fiesta
He said i know the ford is better and brilliant car BUT I like this and points at the vw up lol
When people say why didnt you get a fiesta st this is what I say and they shut up
