- Hello friends! We are starting the PRETTY today and I AM SO EXCITED! We are FINALLY installing our washer and dryer (hallelujah!) and making over the PANTRY! It's a small space but we are going to use every inch of it and I am SO excited to share it with you today! Did I mention, I'm excited? Because I am! So if you need some inspiration for a small diy pantry makeover with beautiful beadboard and wooden shelves, here it is! I hope you enjoy!

Looks amazing! Years ago I did the fabric in the same way. Love that because it’s easy to make, easy to clean, easy to access shelves and easily change fabric whenever you want . Can do snowflake print for winter, tiny leaf pattern for summer, etc. You are such a hard worker!!!!! Your style is timeless and welcoming and comforting!

A suggestion for caulking in the future. There is a plumbing product that is better than the caulking you used. It doesn’t dry up quite the same way as what you did use and fills in better if you have wide cracks, for whatever reason … sorry the product name escapes me (red and white tube and apply it with wet sponge).
Glad to see you have crown moulding in your home. It frames the room and gives a much more finished look about it.
I had a 1870 circa home … I loved the high ceilings and high baseboard trim. I so appreciate character homes more so than contemporary homes. I also think the bead board black splash is an excellent idea. It’s a shame they didn’t install bead board cabinets instead … it would have given you so many other options. For example, having a tin ceiling in the kitchen with matching back splash.

Love your pantry so much ❤. I live in northern Ireland and sadly walk in pantries just really aren't a thing here. I would love one! Your willingness to tackle all these jobs yourself is so inspiring. I really want to try my hand at some DIY projects. Maybe watching some more of your videos will give me the encouragement I need to give it a go!

I am only a few minutes in, but I couldn't resist telling you that we also store our Berkey on a tall bar stool! hahaha. Honestly, they take up SO MUCH counter space, that the stool is the most practical thing ever!! I also put the Berkey in a corner of our dining room, so nobody walks past it too closely and knocks off the spout! Now to finish watching your gorgeous pantry makeover!
Haha yes! Counter space is sacred lol and the stool is sooo practical! The only thing I don’t love is my two year old likes to get water all day long and makes quite the mess 😂 thank you so very much!

Just watching you do the calking made my fingertips burn. If you use a slightly damp sponge instead of your fingertip you’ll get a smoother result and no sore fingertips ✅

Where do your food items go? You know, the pasta, the canned goods, the boxes of snack foods?
Canned goods are hidden under the curtain as well as other snacks! Some pasta is in the jars and others are in a cabinet in the kitchen!
May have missed it as my husband was talking while I was trying to watch, but is this a laundry and pantry together? I have a laundry room about the same size with a window and an electrical box. Can’t figure out how to make it more usable with the extra items to work around.
