- The day has finally arrived you guys and we are making over my laundry room! Yay! If you remember, we started in this space when we first moved into our new home with the pantry makeover! And the laundry space has sat untouched for six months...until today! Watch as we give this laundry room a complete makeover and tie it into the pantry space! I am so excited and I think you're gonna love it!

Hanging wallpaper is NOT for the faint of heart! Removal is even worse! I’ve done a lot of both in my lifetime! So, it’s both a laundry room and a pantry? Great use of the space! Very nice! Cindi (from WV). 😊

Gorgeous! the nit picker in me would have put the cabinet a little lower, so there was enough room to reattach the trim on the cabinet and finish off where it connects to the ceiling
That would have been a good idea but it wouldn’t have really given me any space underneath!
Ok I'm in love with the art print in the big ornate frame, its called "The Shepherdess" I love collecting really old antique art, especially photos. I've looked at this one, just waiting to find it at the price I can afford😊 lol the little pat on the head had me giggling😅 The blue curtains are really pretty, and go really good with the art. Love the wall paper, nothing bold, just really light & suttle. Another beautiful space😊

So pretty.We have one of those fans above our stove.When my home was built they didn't put up hood vents.I do use it but to hide it I have a basket over the top😅 that I can remove.My house was built in 1952.
Oh no way! Yeah this room was definitely newly added on because of the ceiling height so maybe the stove used to be over here?

I love the wallpaper as it adds a subtle touch to the room. Everything turned out great! 🤗 One thing I would do is caulk, if possible, along the top of the cabinet to fill the tiny gap at the ceiling.

@@HeartandHomeCrew I think you should do well when you go to sell! Especially if you’re doing all the work yourselves … less you have to put out money-wise the more you get back … blood, sweat & tears is always less expensive way to go!
I love the rural living much better than being in a City or small town … but it’s harder when you have young children … the socializing is an important aspect for them growing up. But then living on a farm or an acreage can also provide have its advantages and many life lessons to learn!
