Much love and respect. The length of your videos are perfect. If people don’t like it, they have a 10sec fwd and back. Hard working young man. Inspirational, indeed. I salute you Captain. 🇺🇸. 👊🏽
I appreciate how easy you make it look. It’s hard enough maneuvering one boat around a narrow body of water, I can imagine things would not end well if most people tried to do what you do.
Thanks Robbie! That's what we get paid for 😁 The start, but mostly the end of the tow is where we earn our money...most people would be capable of doing the in between where you're just driving the boat in a mostly straight line following the channel/GPS
You not only have to be a good captain, but you also need to be a good listener of stories. What parts of Tampa bay do you like the most? Are there any areas with clear water? Really good camera view of the towing and docking. Glad that camera became alive!
Thanks Patrick! I was happy it came alive randomly too! 😂 I know nothing about Tampa Bay...that's only my 4th time up in that area so I'm no help with anything other than watch out for those big boats...they move a lot quicker than they look like they are
Captain Ken, job well done. I had know idea that was a hull#1. I knew it was an older boat. The teak will set that boat apart from rest. "She may not be youngest girl at the ball, but she'll still turn a head or two. If you ever get bored you could go over to Black Point Marina and give lessons.
I have thought about it and it's just not something I'll probably ever do. Cell upload quality is generally pretty terrible and full of connection issues and I'm definitely not setting up starlink on the boat because it's not cheap or small and it's not my boat
Thanks John! It's a 360 camera, so it records in a sphere around the camera using 2 lenses, and then when I'm editing, I can "point" the FOV in any direction I want! It's pretty cool technology
Hahaha. Yep. That's what happens when you send other captains through low bridges 😬 Good thing it's only our anchor light and we don't anchor, so not that big of an issue for now...
Hahaha. You're not kidding. When I pull up to a boat I want to shut the damn things off so I can actually hear what the customer is saying, but I don't want to because sometimes they have trouble restarting 🤦 I have to say though that these are setup perfectly for this boat. Tons of pulling power and yet it'll run almost 40kts at 4k rpm. I got the worldcat back last week with the new 200 Suzuki in line 4cy...I have trouble telling if they're even running when at idle
$0...the customer had a top tier membership, so boat us covers 100% of the dock to dock charge. If he had a lower membership level, it would've covered 50% but at our member rates. If he didn't have a membership, I think it would've been about $4500
Those high angle camera views were a lot of fun to see. Worth the effort.
Thanks West!
Capt Ken most of us would be happy to successfully dock one boat in a crowded marina much less two at one time. Well done Sir…
Thanks lowrider! That's why we get paid good money to do this job 😁

Thanks Kevin!
It's a pleasure watching your boat handling skills. Thanks, looking forward to the next one.
Thanks Mr V! I'll be figuring out what video to post for Sunday tomorrow 😁

Captain Ken is awesome at the controls 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks Iceman!
Thanks Captain Ken. That was a long day.
Thank you Daniel for watching! I think it was about 10hrs start to finish...so far from my longest job, but still a long day
Outstanding job Cap !
Thank you for sharing, indeed, a rare sight to see. This being "1" and in such good condition.
Stay safe
Thanks Kevin!
Well done Capt. that Black Water is a beautiful boat !
Thanks Seashrimp! It's beautiful now. I can only imagine what it'll look like when it's fully restored!
Nicely done!
Great skills!!
Thanks Jay!

On the old rig for this one cool to see some 2 stroke power
Sure has power, but smokes like hell and is quite loud
This guy is a professional and knowledgeable of what can and can't do without damage or injury¡
Thanks Ernest!
Great looking boat that Black Watch! Shame the brand doesn't put out boats like that anymore. Great job Ken!
Thanks Mikey!
so cool! #1 i had a 1988 Blackwatch 30, tough ass boat,

Thanks Craig! You've got that right. It is a beautiful boat! I'm not familiar with black point marina...where is that?
Black Point is in the Miami area.
Hey, ever considered doing a live stream, either cellular or perhaps setup a Starlink in your tug!
I have thought about it and it's just not something I'll probably ever do. Cell upload quality is generally pretty terrible and full of connection issues and I'm definitely not setting up starlink on the boat because it's not cheap or small and it's not my boat
Hope he gave you a nice tip!
Ummmm....🤔
Looks a lot like a Bertram 31
That's because it was designed by the same guy!
5 HOURS of GREAT service - NOT A PENNY IN TIP - that`s a cheap ass boat owner 👀👀👀👀
Good job captain! I'm curious how you got the camera to do all those tricks as you were busy driving, pretty cool!!!
Thanks John! It's a 360 camera, so it records in a sphere around the camera using 2 lenses, and then when I'm editing, I can "point" the FOV in any direction I want! It's pretty cool technology
Cap your masthead light is broken. 😮
Hahaha. Yep. That's what happens when you send other captains through low bridges 😬
Good thing it's only our anchor light and we don't anchor, so not that big of an issue for now...
I wondered why so much background noise. Then I saw the old school Yammy 2 strokes.

I bet you're missing those S cleats now huh ?.....lol
Why would you say that?
where did you start from? Is that house still for sale?
Duck Duck Go search shows
Sarasota, Longboat Key as one possibility 🤯
It's on Longboat Key in the emerald harbor...I don't know if it is still or ever was for sale
Good job! I like the videos. You could probably cut them down a bit. This could have been a 15 min video, or less.
Yes they could be shorter, but a lot of my viewers like the longer videos and so does the UA-cam algorithm
@@CaptKenO the algorithms also know when I fast forward, so theres that. 🤣
@ripn929707 that they do, but videos shorter than 15 min it doesn't like at all
Stop wining. We all have the ability to push the fwd or bckwds function. Petty.
@@CaptKenO Yep, you got that right...I'm one of those viewers.
How much did that cost? That's what an all-day deal.

I keep being unsub'd every couple of days. Maybe cuz the channel title has Florida in it. Stupid utube.
I've heard of that being an issue for some people across multiple channels, but have no idea why it happens or how to fix it 😑
