My sincere thanks to the JOG ON audience for taking on your own 10 mile run that day, and sending us your clips and photos. Running everyday for 31 days is on the more extreme side, but remember it only takes one run to make a big difference to your day, your week, your month. Go for that run.
What an inspiration I'm rather new to running only been running since end of January but I'm think come next January I am going to give 500k in a month a go.
No problem Luke, thanks for running your own 10 miles that day and sending it in! It's great for people to be able to interact with the videos in a way that's more than just viewing them. Have a good one Luke.
Amazing achievement Harry love watching your videos and listening to the podcasts. Thank you for including me and the rest of the community in the video look forward to when we can catch up at a park run and have a beer or two after 👍🧡 #JOGON
Thanks for listening and watching Shaun, and even more importantly thanks for going one step further and getting a JOG ON running top and completing your own 10 miles: was great to be able to add you into the video. Sounds good to me Shaun, parkrun will likely take on a whole new level of community when it returns. Harry
Congratulations Harry, 500k is an incredible achievement, and I’m glad that I could be a part of that, even an incredibly small one. Can’t wait for what you do next, and whatever it is you can guarantee I’ll watch it. Well done!
Thank you, it's greatly appreciated, and cheers for the commitment to the next video adventure! (Imagine if I completely changed the channel and began documenting the lifecycle of the garden snail and you had to watch it because you said you would), we've already shot a couple of new projects which are in the editing room so those will be out before long. Thanks again. Harry
Thank you Gary and cheers for being a part of it! Hopefully we can go for a run after lockdown, maybe there’s a video idea in running combined with some metal detecting. Cheers as always Gary Harry
What a series. Well done Harry!!!! Craziest moment of the series: Alan Outbounds near death experience with the slip Best moment: I’VE BEEN REBORN by Harry
Congratulations Harry! It has been inspiring watching your progress through this challenge! We waited eagerly for each video and enjoyed your unique presentation and humour! Please keep the content coming, this channel is fast becoming one of our favourites! My fiancee and I are running our first 50km ultra tomorrow here in TASMANIA Australia, so we'll hopefully be sporting some of those anti-climactic "50" finishers shirts you saw on that fella. Good on you mate!
What an excellent comment - thank you and so great to know we've gotten a view in Tasmania. I can only apologise for some of the scenery featured - running on sandy beaches in better weather I'm sure will be a part of the videos in the near future... A 50K is a brilliant distance, all the very best with it I'll be thinking of your efforts (though I may be a little out on English time). Thanks for the support and for watching, yes new videos have already been filmed ready to go. Enjoy your 50K, and JOG ON. Harry

Awesome work Harry. Thoroughly enjoyed this series and what a way to conclude the challenge. It would be really interesting to see how this has impacted your overall fitness - a 5km TT would be a fantastic watch

I’m new to your channel Harry, but it’s quickly become my new favourite! Thanks for all the hard work you put into your videos, they are amusing and motivational, and I hope more and more people continue to find your channel. Cheers from the Yukon!
I had watched you 500k journey some time ago and it stayed with me, so that last summer when the heat and trying to run faster had sapped all my motivation during July, I then latched onto your idea and committed to running 500km in August... I'm so proud to have reached 507,2km for the month, a PB for me by over 70km!! THANK YOU HARRY!!!! 💪🏻🏃🏻♀💪🏻
I just rewatched these after finishing my first 10 mile run yesterday. I feel like I’m a little bit closer to understanding how incredible this was. Great achievement!
BRILLIANT Harry! I'll be dedicating my 5k saunter around Southampton Common to you in the morning. In the meantime, I'm going to toast to your health with a bottle of Guinness West Indian Porter. Cheers!
That was terrific! And you made (most of) it look so easy! Kudos! I'm only a recent arrival at your channel, hence the tardiness of the comment. You've totally inspired me to get my arse in gear and properly prepare for Race to the Stones (3 months away; 100km) and ditch some of my 'lockdown gut' (a good proportion of which should definitely be called 'sloth gut'). Not to mention actually getting my legs working properly again. Onward and upward! Meanwhile, I shall see what else you've been up to this last year or so.
Great comment David, thank you for sharing I wish you all the best with your ongoing target and running goals Thank you for watching and supporting this channel Harry
Watched your 500km series in one day today and will be a subscriber for life! Loved that, inspired by that and will remember that last run when ever I hit a brick wall in one of my runs - congratulations 🎉 (again I appreciate I’ve caught this series of videos a tad late but will catch up with the rest of your channel I’m sure 😂)

Hey Chris, thanks it's been great (if incredibly time consuming) to make a series around this very long run. Got a few things under edit, and then eventually it will be to link up with yourself, start getting some collaborations going! Chaser racing, a relay, running between cities - the limits are boundless. Hope your training is still going well Chris. Harry
A very belated congratulations on achieving this challenge. I only recently spotted your channel. Some would say you are totally mad! But it was very inspiring. With 2022 approaching perhaps a new challenge might be in the offing? Personally I think I'm going to sign up on line to one of those virtual challenges for charity, a run from Lands End to John O'Groats 874 miles. The difference is I'll give myself the year to do it rather than a month!
Thank you Paul. Yes who knows what will happen next year - it is slightly mad that this will soon have been a year ago. Sounds like a great challenge Paul, I hope you have a Happy New Year. Harry
Thanks Harry. Really enjoyed this challenge, you did a fantastic job. And shared the highs and lows. If people want a daily run challenge Marcothon is very achievable. Run 30 minutes or 3 miles every day minimum. I'm sure there are other similar ideas out there.
Excellent series. Best entertainment I've had for a while on a wet and dreary Saturday afternoon after a surprisingly pleasant sunny morning parkrun. In the end you sort of made it look almost easy. Can't imagine it was...was it?
Nice one Harry. Really great effort. Really inspiring and great fun to watch. Needed a new challenge so I might try this soon. I did the 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours challenge a little while ago, which was very mentally tough, but felt great once it was over. Maybe one you could try for your UA-cam channel.
Cheers Lewis, thank you for watching! It was quite the challenge - I look back on it very fondly and yet it already seems like a long time ago. Yes Charlie McCarthy had a go at the 48 hour challenge and filmed it, it’s definitely an interesting one to check out. My content schedule gets ever longer Hope you’re well Lewis All the best Harry
