Well to be fair the manual transmissions have sucked in Mustangs since 2010ish when they went to Chinese transmissions. Back in tire 1980s/1990s though, the manuals were way better than automatics. Now kids think driving a manual is some big deal. I learned on a Ranger(5 speed) and my dad had an A/C Cobra (4 speed manual). Wasnt a big deal back then.
There was a breakdown lane in the center, he still shouldn't have passed on solid yellow lines but he wasn't endangering anyone. At the end of the day the Nissan drivers got a reminder that they have slow cars, and the Mustang actually got to use a bit of it's power. Nobody got hurt, move along.

Well to be fair the manual transmissions have sucked in Mustangs since 2010ish when they went to Chinese transmissions. Back in tire 1980s/1990s though, the manuals were way better than automatics. Now kids think driving a manual is some big deal. I learned on a Ranger(5 speed) and my dad had an A/C Cobra (4 speed manual). Wasnt a big deal back then.
