I can't imagine the pain i would feel if I was that guy where I was told I had to pay the dealer to remove N mode because it was illegal. I'm now getting a palisade for my wife. While N mode isn’t illegal they unfortunately made the exhaust too loud in that mode for Elantra N. not sure if Veloster in is in same boat. If you get pulled over and asked for a test, change it to normal mode.

The 60 fps doesn’t look natural, the only reason why you would want to film at a higher fps it’s only for slow motion, other than that, not needed. 30 fps is perfect 👍🏾

@@bha2650 Dont need fuel system cleaner it wont help you do need induction services done ever 20k I work at a Hyundai dealer thats what we recommend on the Palisades, oil consumption unfortunately has been an issue on the old Theta and Lambda series engines the 3.8 in your Palisade is a great motor honestly I would get an oil consumption test started and run the car very very hard the running it hard with either fix the rough running by cleaning the carbon out or it will accelerate your oil consumption. In some cases we have done and upper cylinder cleaning and it has eliminated the oil consumption. They are getting carbon buildup on the pistons and in the rings and causing the consumption running the car harder keeps them cleaned out better
These new cameras are incredible! When Jakub closes the door in the "going for a drive" intro ( 0:16 ) you can see a little dust cloud under the door when it closes.. 🤯 its the little things
A lot of people seem to like the new camera on outside shots. I kind of don't.. I miss the cinematic effect before wehre everything was just a bit more blurry and the background was not so crips. Looks too much like reality TV to me then cinematic footage. Nothing to complain about the content.
Off topic, but i love that old red country barn you drive by in almost every episode, please never stop filming that shot ! i dunno know why, but it reminds me of a place id like to live.
We bought a Santa Fe Calligraphy which is pretty much this car but with the 2.5T and we couldn't be happier. Really looking forward to the canadian winter. 😂
just traded in my 2020 Telluride SX prestige for the 2023 Calligraphy love the new front end on the Palisade, not really digging the new Telluride face-lift, the 2020 looks better
That camera quality looking sharper and better!! Anyways.. There should be a Palisade N with a turbo V6, just like Acura's MDX Type S for more power and better handling!! How about a Kia Telluride X Pro vs Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek comparison review?? They're both new off road trims for both of those 3 row family SUVs for 2023 model Edit: I think they took the front amber lights off of the Telluride because people hated it for some reason.
The Hyundai Digital Key is awesome. I use it for the gym so I dont have to keep my keyfob in my pocket while working out and being able to use my phone at any point to operate the car as if I had my keys on me. It is a nice convenience feature. If I need to quickly run out to my car and my wife has lost the keys for the 100th time I can just use my phone no problem. It is a very overlooked feature by car reviewers who dont daily drive these cars. They arent able to use features like that the same way someone who owns and operates the car everyday. If you have a Hyundai or Genesis with the digital key I highlight recommend you give it a shot

Just a nitpick, but why wouldn't they put the R button for Reverse Below the N Neutral button and the D for Drive ahead of it?? The button to back up is the direction you want to go ? Maybe ?

Why not have the Forward button on the Front/ Forward side and the Back/ Reverse button towards the rear of the console ? It's not like you need to cycle through a row of drive modes like a shifter lever. It's just buttons. There's only 3. You can configure them any way you want ? My McLaren 570S Spider has them this way? Why don't they all ?

@@akhere07 Yes, actually Hyundai can run 150k to 200k km without any big issues not more, and for long time reliability Mazda, Toyota, Mitsubishi I mean Japanese car always the best.
Can I just say the honk when there is motion in the car when it is locked is great! My ‘21 F-150 just has a warning every time I turn it off to check for back seat occupants and makes annoying bongs at me as I am getting out. No one is ever in the back let me turn the warning off! Obviously very annoying to me but I’m sure there is some law in the states that requires it and if it saves a life, all the better. But I like Hyundai’s solution a lot.
They will sell the crap out of this vehicle. They (Telluride as well) are so popular, basically everywhere.. I'm in the nicest part of Mississippi and I see plenty of both every day. Both great vehicles!

Although I do agree about removing the amber headlights from the Telluride as a downgrade I was more disappointed in them removing the nightfall package. The new Palisade definitely looks nice but Kia/Hyundai should offer a hybrid drivetrain with their next model. Until then I'm holding out for the EV9.
The powertrain is not spectacular but it is very solid. See mentioned in my wife's Santa Fe limited and while the Santa Fe is also a three-row, it's a touch smaller. 134,000 miles with no issues!
@@theofficialquent3488 This 3.8 hasnt been around for decades timing system is revised and its GDI actually shares a lot in common with the BK2 Genesis Coupe engine, the sedans were not direct injected and the Santa Fe was a 3.3 Lambda engine which did have some timing chain oiling issues once you start getting prolonged rattle on startup about 3-4 seconds you need to having something done Palisades rattle on startup only while cranking seems the higher mileage ones are getting any worse
Picking up 2023 calligraphy with some customers added tomorrow .. and all for $53k.. I was gonna get the Tahoe but I am upset that they haven’t really upgraded the inside

I really noticed the new cameras in this video, previous videos with the new set up still seemed a bit grainy almost as if the bit rate was low. This looks much more crisp, only thing I can recommend is maybe some colour grading to videos so it doesn't kinda look like it was shot on a phone.
@Prabhu G then calculate your usage.. you pay extra for electric cars but if you are driving less then you save money upfront with gas car vs saving money in 10 years with eletric car depending on your usage.
Great review. Two things you may have missed - no 3rd row heating in Canada while US gets it 😢 No digital key for Canada. Apparently it won't work for us. However our friends down south gets that feature!!!

I see them a lot out here in PA and back home in WA. Kia and Hyundai have found a winning formula.

Your videos are a little too smartphon-ish sharp nowadays,maybe tone it down a bit,the background blur looked good and professional
I really noticed the new cameras in this video, previous videos with the new set up still seemed a bit grainy almost as if the bit rate was low. This looks much more crisp, only thing I can recommend is maybe some colour grading to videos so it doesn't kinda look like it was shot on a phone.

@Prabhu G then calculate your usage.. you pay extra for electric cars but if you are driving less then you save money upfront with gas car vs saving money in 10 years with eletric car depending on your usage.
