But the problem is Gmail will not accept forwarded emails always! Sometimes the email will come to Gmail sometime is not. Gmail forcing us to sell their paid service. I used Cloudflare to forward incoming emails but maximum email doesn't come to Gmail. So, I revert to my webmail inbox.

Check those settings and try resending. 🤷🏼♀️ do you know how to fix this? Do i go back to improvmx to change something? It said i might need to change pw on the email client . . . Where do i go to fix?

So you can forward to your gmail, but what if you start getting a lot of spam on a particular alias and you want to stop using that alias? It seems you can disable the catch-all and delete the alias - however I'd like to keep the catch-all active. The other option then is to forward it to the twilight zone, which I suppose is ok. It seems like you should also be able to leave the forward blank and just have iprovmx do nothing or respond back with a bounce.

You have to upgrade and pay for premium now in order to actually send emails from your domain email in Gmail. Doesn't make any sense. You can't even send 10 emails a day for free, you can only forward emails. Plus, their lowest premium offering is $9 a month (which is more expensive than Google Workspace).

You probably already have an MX record in your DNS config, you should see it listed when viewing your DNS, I would only delete it if you know you aren’t using the other MX record on your account

Most likely it's the content of your emails or the domain you're sending them from. The email forwarding aspect shouldn't trigger gmail's promotion tab I don't think.

Is it in your spam folder? I’ll need to look more into it but I think I had no issues with that step.
