- It's no secret, people in Charleston love to fish. But what about those of us without a boat? Where are the best spots for us to fish that are family friendly as well. @@TheBillOlson I caught a 35-40lb stingray @ Foley beach. Almost a 20 minute fight. I used the head of a whiting for bait.
