Nice bike,There is a guy on one of the superduke (UK) Facebook groups that 3D prints a sat nav mount so that it sits above your clocks like the old GT
Yeah I've seen it, but won't work for me as I've installed a swanky nice dash cover.
Everybody chooses orange but the black looks way better.
Only problem with aluminium and STRONG tread lock is that it is impossible to unbolt.
Always use medium tread lock

Great video mate, can I ask which RAM mounts you use in the mirror mounts?
I just a RAM ball joint with a left handed bolt, which I ordered separately👍😜

Me neither😂 just slapped on for now! I'm sure they'll be some aftermarket mounts coming.
See you have added satnav, does this model not have app that links to tft screen on bike? I have GT and am thinking of doing same upgrade as you.
Yo can connect your phone and headset to the bike, but it doesn't have the Sat Nav for the My Ride App like on the GT. I have been told that this function is possibly coming with a software update.
I just purchased my 2020 KTM 1290R without the damm manual. I've rode it twice is it true that you can't go past 7K rpm?

Hello, what is that rubber ring your motor cycle helmet rests on?
Exactly that! Just a rubber ring to sit the helmet on, if I'm changing a visor, or installing a coms unit. Stops you damaging the paint work.
What brand axle sliders are those? Would 2019 ones fit the 2020?
They're from Swmotech, and yes they should fit👍😜
Wouldn't that cause damage to the frame in a big crash? Surely an engine cover and some plastics would be cheaper to fix than a frame?
Think if you're gonna have a big crash, then you're gonna bend much more than just the frame.

them SW make really premium stuff don’t they? I had to disassemble half of the bike to instal my upper crush bars though. They look smart and they work...ask me how i know 😏
They can go bugger off with their voided warranty😂 yeah their products are top notch, wouldn't consider using anything else!

KTM spent millions on research and development reducing weight on this bike to improve stability and performance, and what do we do?, we feck it all up.
Funny....I haven't noticed any horrible handling or stability issues since installing them, maybe I've been really lucky not to have ruined my bike🤷♂️

Mate I prefer the other bike this is just too raw for me front end looks like it’s missing something lol apart from a frying pan headlight maybe a bit of a fairing - best of luck with it Shaun 👍
