Preparation:
1.Mesh&Squeegee: 40-60(16T-24T) 65-75 degree Squeegee.
2.Catalyst mixing ratio:2%
3.Silicone thinner XG-128A adding ratio:30%
Baking Temp and Time: 120℃ for 15 minutes.
Process:
Step1:Screen printing underwear bonding silicone print 1 layer:
Underwear bonding silicone XG-866NY 100G
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 30G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 2G
Step2:To stick a piece of underwear fabric on printed fabric, and smooth by tools
Step3:Cure by 100 degree for 15 minutes
