You have literally just birthed a new career/hobby for me. I just bought a CT200U and a 212cc Predator “Racing Performance” Engine. And I’m hoping to learn on how to install it and upgrade it properly with you channel. So Keep up the awesome work brother💪🏾
That thing is perfect for Lonnie. It really got up and went with him. If I had all the tools I would build myself one. You have created an awesome mini chopper.
Y'all got the "sloppy seconds" from Hurricane Harvey. I had the Fresh-firsts and had to rebuild the house. But, God is good and blessed us constantly throughout the project. Love your channel!
ya its super cool looking red beard its fast and your not running the piss out of it id feel safe riding on the street with it what a blast that would be
I just picked up the exact same bicycle as the one you used in this build (all those years ago). Mine is missing the front fender, but it's complete in every other way.. I want to build it with the Predator 212cc (just like you did). Temporarily I have installed a Chinese made 80cc which is probably a better motor when considering how thin the steel is holding this child's bike together. I mean, really, these bikes are made for 7 to 15 year old children. But once you add a motor, and drop the seat to the ground, it's an excellent alternative to a Harley-Davidson sporty. I used to ride street bikes all the time, but I'm 63 last month, so falling down at high speeds isn't something I want to even consider. Healing time takes too long these days. But the truth is, I still have to get my two wheeled kicks somehow. Your build has convinced me to carry on and do this thing! I'm gonna need a new welder.... Thanks Red Beard. I subscribed.
I chased "chain tensioners" forty years, then put up a tension spring from a mower deck belt tensioner, with about a six inch arm, with a sprocket on a a sealed ball bearing, from "surplus center", between my trans and the rear wheel. It's worked great for over a decade, no vibration from chain, about fifty thousand miles on it. I'm building a "wheel chair", for a friend, so he can get in the woods and move around freely, using one of those four stroke bicycle kits and extra parts. Thanks, your video's have been interesting and helpful.
That is so sick, I love it and I want one.... I seen a really cool electric one from Mike DrChopper Moser and I've been wanting to build one since I first seen one. Great Build... Keep up the great work.
Yo much love we have bike fest here in plant City Florida and they would go nuts for this I used to ride my Schwinn chopper bike there back in 2005 shit was so fun I miss it
And I think the foot rests look good just paint em up nice. I rode bikes for 32 years dont reLly ride any more im retireing In march ill be 62 BUT I would like to get me a kart from go power sports mabe next year and a little utility trailer
the float on the Makuni carb , could be how the cable is run. check for sharp pinch points. may have to zip tye cable to keep it from flailing to a pinch point. also , remove the bowl and check to see if the corner edges are smooth, if not a lil bit of smoothing is required. oh, p.s. i didnt see any signal lights. lol jus sayn. awsome vlog, 2 thumbs up!
Great job fellas! I personally would get rid of the pull starter, put on some ape hangers and a Maltese cross rear view mirror and tail light, possibly a fish tail exhaust tip? but seriously it looks awesome just the way it is. You did a kick ass job!!!
Pretty cool. While you were chopping up the frame, you could've turned it into a swing arm type rear suspension with a couple shocks. Something I've been thinking of doing to mine.
I love your channel, I am a motorized bicycle builder enthusiast and am working on a business shop. I want to know more and maybe use some paid consulting as I want to eventually create my own motor bike. Props and Kudos for creative mechanical engineering. :)
that thing looks great guys. good work. I agree it does sound a little lacking in the power curve but the build is nice. everything looks like new. I'm used to working with old junk lol.

Man I love this chopper. What do you think?
Red Beard's Garage need to fit a 670 on it and throw on some pipes to make it sound like a chopper, any twin would sound better and have more torque
Red Beard's Garage Its very Nice.
Needs a fatter back tire and a tall big tire for the front like a mini bagger
Red Beard's Garage what app or what do you use to find the speed? and i loves your video's man
i think it needs a big block honda gx/honda clone, but other wise it is awesome
That's a sweet little machine you've built. Enjoyed the series.
One of the best things I ever did was buy a bunch of tackle boxes and a shelf for them and filled them with hardware so much easier

This is great. I mean.....so great. Gonna need a T-shirt. Representin in Dallas
If you weld a gusset on the front & back of the frame where you say you didn't like it that they dont line up , they will line up and look better.
This thing is awesome
Thanks man
