thank you for your videos and that you always share all the recipes. you are amazing and your videos are the best😍 where can i buy the dumblingwrapers? how is it called? lots of love to you and all your followers❤️
@@sophiekloppsowa1138 Aw thanks Sophie! I found them at my local Asian Food Store, they were called Mandu Gyoza Wrappers, I had to ask someone in the store to help me find them haha
ATLA is honestly one of the best kids shows. It's brilliantly written and animated, and the characters have amazing development, conflict, and humor. They don't make them this good anymore lmao.
I'm jealous of those who have never watched the show and get to expierence it for the first time. It's amazing. Thank you for making these recipes.🌊🌍🔥🌬️
The show has amazing plot and story Amazingly written characters An amazing soundtrack Amazing landscaping Amazing morals and lessons Amazing fight scenes and voice acting AND delicious food Can this show get any more amazing?
In Argentina we have a dessert call arroz con leche which its pretty similar to that rice recipe, also the way you close your dumplings its the way that some people close empanadas in south america. Its so crazy how two different cultures, so far away from each other has so many similarities.
Fun Fact: Juk or Jook (죽) is the Korean word for rice porridge! From what I observed, part of the Earth Kingdom (namely Song's village) is based on Korean culture. That being said the Earth Kingdom was VERY large and included other Asian cultures too
The cookies turned out so cute! I love the little arrows 😍 I watched this show when I was 8 and after watching this video and since everyone seems to be talking about it I may rewatch it again
I made the fire nation dumplings and they are amazing! Thank you so much for creating such a delicous recipe and making it easy to follow. My previous attempts at making dumplings were... Largely unsuccessful since I'm not the most advanced cook but these came out perfect. 💕💕💕
LOVE THESE!! such an innovative way to make new recipes, these look fab!! Maybe make savoury cabbage cookies, which could have as a side with the cabbage noodle soup? can never have too much cabbage :)
NO WAY just started watching the series this week and it brings me so much happiness I can't even EXPLAIN WOWWWW MINA I'M SERIOUSLY SO HAPPY ABOUT THIS VIDEO can't way to see these recipes 😭😭😭
I have never been more excited for a video!! I love Avatar the last airbender and I love all your vegan recipes! There is no other youtuber I trust more with vegan recipes than you :)
Mina, your videos are so calming and inspiring! Your banana chocolate cake never fails me! Anyway, thank you so much for such a scrumptious-looking recreation!
If you want to eat the cookie dough raw without getting a stomach ache you could just bake the flour beforehand and then let it cool down before using it! I don‘t know how long and at what temperature you‘re supposed to do that tho, so maybe google it :) Love your recipes
FYI for food safety on flour, you can bake the flour at 160'F for 10 minutes to kill any possible e-coli or salmonella in the flour. If you go a little higher you might have a toasty flour
Hi Mina! Thought I can share with you my favourite breakfast(although it's usually my dinner)..Strawberry-bounty oats:Half cup of oats cooked in a pan with some plant-milk or water, also add some cinammon, maple syrup(or date syrup)and flaxseeds until it thickens up..serve it with fresh strawberries(or homemade jam),coconut flakes, coconut yoghurt and drizzle some tahini or a nut butter Also,as a suggestion for this series you could do Phoebe's cookies from ''Friends''(in the series she makes 2 versions of cookies, one when she tells Rachel about Paolo and the second when Monica wanted her recipe)or foods from Disney movies(such as beignets or ratatouile) love your videos and your recipes!❤️
Omg! I can't believe they had "jook" in the show!!!! It's a traditional chinese thing that we make using leftover rice a lot, it's usually made with rice that has already been cooked :D :D :D :D
@@우조-y6e It is also a Chinese dish, it can be both as I wouldn't be surprised if Korean and Chinese cuisines had things in common :) I think it's cool that it even has the same name!
Made the cabbage noodle soup tonight according to the video. (I forgot quantities were listed below, lol.) It is AMAZING, I can't believe how good it is!!!! Thank you!

a few drops of vanilla aroma or 1 tsp vanilla
if needed 1-2 tbsp of cold water
a bit more flour for the surface
for the arrows:
either about ⅛ of the cookie dough + blue food coloring, add as much as you want til you’re happy with the color, if needed add more flour to adjust the consistency
or create some play-doh frosting:

more powdered sugar if needed to adjust the consistency
*keep the rest sealed in the fridge for up to a couple weeks, use it to decorate all kinds of stuff, shape someone’s initials onto cupcakes for example idk
gingerbread cookie cutters or homemade Aang cutters - if you’re going for the gingerbread cookies maybe try reshaping them a little after you've cut them out in order to make them look less neat haha
or only do avatar head cookies using a glass
create eyes out of poppy seeds, anise or chocolate chips

Bake for around 12 min at 180C, the time will depend on how large your cutouts are, you know to take them out when the edges turn a deep golden brown

200-250g ground meat substitute (7-8.8oz) - I used 70g soy granules + ½ tsp vegetable broth powder + 180ml hot boiling water = 250g cooked soy granules (or cook it according to the packaging)
1-2 small pak choi, finely minced

~20 store bought gyoza wrappers
lil bit more oil for the pan
¼ cup water to steam them (60ml)

3 star anise
½ small white cabbage, cut into strips
½ small - medium savoy cabbage, cut into strips
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

#5 Jasmine Jook
¾ cup short cut Jasmine rice (150g)
1 ½ cups water (375ml)
⅓ tsp salt, more if needed
then another 2 cups water (500ml)
lastly 1 cup of Jasmine tea (250ml) or water or vegetable broth
topping ideas sweet: strawberries, vegan white chocolate, maple syrup, crunchy granola, almonds ...
topping ideas savory: fried tofu, soy sauce, roasted peanuts, spring onion
Jook is also eaten plain as a side dish
serves 3-4
Since this porridge doesn’t keep for longer than a day here’s the ingredients for a one person jook:
