Love the house you showed in this video. I like this area. And the larger lot sizes. The electric stove is a deal-breaker for me. I prefer to buy an older house instead of the ones just being built. And I like the price point, although I know that these houses must be higher now. Please let me know if this area has gas stoves.

Is there any restrictions into putting up 6ft fence. I plan to move to Nevada from NJ 2021, & we like our privacy. I ask because i notice nevada homes are really close to each other.
It really depends on the community. In a Home Owners Association you will likely have to get permission from your neighbors. When you move to a community like that you will receive something called CC&R’s - these are the rules of the community so you can find out what you can and can’t do before buying the house. Are the housing prices dropping because of the Covid? Missed an opportunity in 2008 when home prices dropped drastically. I like this type of property that you showed here or even a single level. I live in Hawaii but thinking if the prices are dropping it might be a good time to buy a house in Vegas. Thanks for showing the properties available.
Prices have been rising here, not falling. Covid has placed an unusual variable in the mix in which many people can now work remotely. This has caused a massive amount of people to consider relocating to a state without any income tax. Mix that with not many people selling and we have a supply/demand issue pushing prices higher. Are there any homes in that area that don't have an HOA. I wouldn't buy a home in an HOA. To me it isn't like owning your own home in an association. This house is not current. It would be more today.

Hey! Sorry for the late reply. It can get pretty hot here in July and August--115 on some days... BUT we have very little humidity. 90% humidity feels and temps in the 90s feels WAY hotter in our opinion. Fun fact, Henderson tends to be a few degrees warmer than Summerlin and the NW parts of the Valley.
