they're explicitly not doing this on this route anarchy sure, that's a quest to replace one tyrant with another. but here krishna is projecting because most high-ranking demons look down on humans, even the good-aligned ones largely see them as unable to make decisions for themselves

krishna kinda has a point in this universe what has following yhvh gotten anyone, humanity is divided and in ruins the rest of the world has been reset to zero and the world above the firmament is just one masakado awakening from being utterly destroyed not to mention the two big powers of heaven and hell were really just the same person who was designed to bring out the worst in humanity, given the right circumstances he could have easily been a force for good like his namesake

In the universe of the game(and all SMT games,) gods and demons are given physical form, versus our universe where "they take an immaterial form." Hence, all rules imposed by gods and legends relating to them become real as well, such as Baldr being able to be killed with a mistletoe phone-strap.
