I just started an apprenticeship as sushi chef and it work everyone is showing me everything so fast. 2 days ago let put me to make 5 big kitchen plates of nigiri and it was so hard cause I’m slow and they started bad mouthing me, it was so annoying, I had to be done in 1,5h and I needed 2h it was my first time doing it and I had to do everything by myself
Don't let people like this get you down. You'll get better with practice and time. And confidence will grow. Keep pushing. You can do this. Practice at home if able. Watch video such as this. And look at books. Whatever you can do. And you'll look back at your past self and smile. Knowing you did it. Every place has atleast one of those people that just want to bring others down.
