Fun fact: if you ever fell like ur going to throw up, ask a attendant for one of those wipes then smell it it will help because the liquid in it helps with sea sickness and stuff like that
Speaking of the cleaners during Covid.. There was a device that they were taught to use. kinda a chem steamer with UV light... but the issue is that they were not used... ever
I don't know if you covered it in another vid, but one thing for sure... Flight attendants, waiters and strippers are alike. Don't fall in love with them because they were nice to you. They are nice to you because it's part of the job.
I’ve been a flight attendant for 9 years. In that time, no one has ever mentioned what they use to wipe themselves with in the toilet. And why would you wipe down a window?
Things that aren't regularly cleaned at your seat: headrests, tray tables, arm rests, seat pockets (from vomit bags, used diapers, condoms), seats (look for stains, they do get pissed/shat/vomited on time to time).
Why don't they clean the bathroom? I feel there's a gap in the market for that. Whilst the 'cleaners' 'clean' the plane, other cleaners could deap clean the bathroom, it's such a tiny room!!
Paying an avg of $300 per flight with let’s just say 100 passengers is ~ $30,000 revenue. People deserve a, at minimum surface, cleaned plane…what the hell?
Well, it cost an Airline roughly $10,000 per hour of flight for the newer planes. It cost $33 per passenger per flight hour. The more people the cheaper though because the numbers divide more. It's $4,000 per 120 passengers. So based on your estimates $300 ticket would probs be a 5hr flight 4,000 x 5 is $20,000 leaving the airline with a $10,000 revenue
I’ve never been offered a wipe. And the amount of money I pay to fly, at least clean the damn bathroom. Airlines have diminished their customer service. Something has to give!
I used to work at the Orlando International Airport. I used to talk to the cleaning crew. They told me they have like 5 mins to clean the plane as they have to run to clean the next one. So they don't clean much. They just make it 'look' clean
The window cleaning is something I’ve never thought of, until you mentioned it!!! Now that I’m thinking about it, oh my, it must be covered in active germs…. and things! Thank you for all these great tips and advice. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge of flying, it helps me and countless others. Not to mention, I’m heeding your warnings and suggestions on how to be a better passenger. 😊
When I was taking a Dreamliner to South Korea, I had to use the restroom. As I stepped into the restroom, my shoes were sticking into the floor and it sounded like I was removing a piece of tape with each step.
I deep clean my own seat even if I think they already do it lol. I clean the whole seat with wipes, the seat belt, the window, the arm rest, head rest, around the window, the tray table, the tv screen, even the back of the chair in front of me. 🤷🏽
I worked at SFO cleaning aircrafts and afterwards as a dispatcher for United. During peak summer season you have over 100 flights in your 8hr shift and they all come in at the same time one after another nonstop. There is no time to do a detail cleaning. Depending on the aircraft size and destination, the smallest aircrafts Embraer 175’s 3 minutes on and off airbuses 8-10 min, Dreamliners 15-30 min, 777’s 30-50 min sometimes even less. This included cleaning and full provisioning (removing previous flights dirty duvets, pillowcases, amenities and trash fully re supply the outbound flight is not an easy, especially if there’s only a team of around 6-8 cabin cleaners.) It’s not the Cabin cleaners fault it’s the operation.. no one in the operation wants a delay to fall on them.. airline(pilots, flight attendants, ramp agents, gate agents) vendors (catering, cleaners) depending on destination the cost per 1min international delays started at $1,200.00 back in 2019 idk now.
I flew with Jet2 last summer, we had to stay on the plane for assistance and I can tell you they don’t have cleaning staff, it’s just the cabin crew and they have a strict turnaround time to clean up.
Totally believe all of this. I have a compromised immune system and every flight I've taken, I've ended up sick after. Not only is everything not so clean on an airplane, there are so many sick passengers and crew on each flight. 😔
I didn’t know wipes was offered when boarding a flight. Flown delta several times and Air France, was never offered a sani-wipe. Just a friendly Hello and a snack.
When I was 12 I was sick and on my period on a flight from Australia to Dubai. I bled a LOT, through my pad, jeans, and into the seat. It had an enormous puddle. I just put a blanket over the seat and left. I felt so bad after
That's disturbing. But I totally believe the bathrooms hardly get cleaned. Flight attendants aren't responsible for cleaning them. If a plane has been on multiple flights in a day, the cleaners probably don't get in there all day.
Who in god's name enters a public bathroom without shoes??!?!??
So a movie theater gets cleaned better than an airplane…
I'm an Indian and once you've traveled on our trains, none of this can affect you😅
Life tip #1: become rich enough to have your own private jet
Ok it’s a shame that bathroom are never cleaned…
I would love to watch u continue this series
I'm a frequent flyer, and roughly every third flight I'd catch a bug and be sick for days afterwards.
Note to self: bring windex, lysol, and a lot of rugs ✅
Fun fact: if you ever fell like ur going to throw up, ask a attendant for one of those wipes then smell it it will help because the liquid in it helps with sea sickness and stuff like that
Speaking of the cleaners during Covid.. There was a device that they were taught to use. kinda a chem steamer with UV light... but the issue is that they were not used... ever
She's right about cleaning, most of the time on regional flights cleaners just set the belts and take out the trash, nothing else
THNK YOU.
I'm going on a flight in July to visit my aunt and this is some HELLA good advice
the entire plane is filthy. and that's every airline
This is actually so helpful I'm going somewhere on a play in June
Not cleaning the toilet should be illegal
Thanks for the tips I’m going on holiday in 4 days so I will keep these in mind 😊
UR A LIFESAVER I HAVE A FLIGHT TO CATCH TODAY ❤
but they never offered me those wipes!
Why would they NOT thoroughly clean a bathroom or the plane??? Tf??
As a custodian, I feel horrified that the bathrooms arent cleaned properly
this is very helpful im going into a plane in a week
I don't know if you covered it in another vid, but one thing for sure... Flight attendants, waiters and strippers are alike. Don't fall in love with them because they were nice to you. They are nice to you because it's part of the job.
Naughty girl
your eyes are abruptly amazing thank you for the tips
THANK YOU! I ALWAYS get a window seat...now I know. 👍👍
Thanks for tips and my god! Your eyes are so pretty!
Thank you for the info
Ive never been offered wiped, luckily I bring my own😪
First!!! Thank you I’m flying in the summer and these are super helpful
That stewardess is pretty.
thank you for that window tip.
I never go anywhere but a hotel room or my own home
I am an expert at holding it
Better yet, avoid flying altogether if you can😊
Good niche to get into… plane cleaning business
In Ireland that don't give us tissues-
Jokes on you I can't afford a plane ticket!! Not even to the next town over if that was possible!!
COMMON SENSE NOT TO WALK IN THE PUBLIC RESTROOM BARE FOOT. WHO WOULD DO THAT?
WoW! I don't even like to use the bathroom.🤦🏾♀️
Thank you ❤
Air travel, and apparently its lack of hygeine, had a MASSIVE hand in the effects of COVID.
I’ve been a flight attendant for 9 years. In that time, no one has ever mentioned what they use to wipe themselves with in the toilet. And why would you wipe down a window?
I haven't flown anywhere since 2006. I was ahead of my time knowing planes are disgusting. 😆
Good to know but I wish I didn’t know it bc it’s so gross I was happy thinking it was water
Yeah let me buy the wipes to clean your plane, wild
This is Good because i am going to dubai
Quite the Petra dish
I'm extremely baffled over the fact that people go barefoot in an airplane! Like....WHY??
When I went to Spain a man pooped hs self and they closed the bath room off
Tysm!
I am taking my welches grape juice bottle onboard 😅
I learn the hard way that the bathroom floor was not clean no more!
It’s ridiculous the bathrooms do not get cleaned
Good advice!
I just came from the airplane
Things that aren't regularly cleaned at your seat: headrests, tray tables, arm rests, seat pockets (from vomit bags, used diapers, condoms), seats (look for stains, they do get pissed/shat/vomited on time to time).
So, what you're saying is airplanes have become the equivalent of a nasty, piss-covered Greyhound Bus in the sky
Man, I remember the clean downs they did decades ago. They would hold u ar the gate just so the plane could be thoroughly cleaned.
Why don't they clean the bathroom? I feel there's a gap in the market for that. Whilst the 'cleaners' 'clean' the plane, other cleaners could deap clean the bathroom, it's such a tiny room!!
Never been offered a “wipe on any plane flight, ever.
Sis just snitched on every airline company in a minute 💀
and here we are wondering how the pandemic spread so quickly throughout the world... we smart humans eh
it kind of depends on the airline, such as singapore airlines thst regularily cleans the toilets for safety reasons
As much as a ticket costs it should get cleaned!!!!!!
Exactly
Paying an avg of $300 per flight with let’s just say 100 passengers is ~ $30,000 revenue. People deserve a, at minimum surface, cleaned plane…what the hell?

So based on your estimates $300 ticket would probs be a 5hr flight 4,000 x 5 is $20,000 leaving the airline with a $10,000 revenue
Revenue and profit are very much different things… so subtract the airlines costs from that number and you’d be correct lol
I’ve never been offered a wipe. And the amount of money I pay to fly, at least clean the damn bathroom. Airlines have diminished their customer service. Something has to give!
How do people get away with having filthy public spaces??? It shouldn’t be legal.
I have gone to Spain every year of my life for 17 years and I have never once been given something to clean with when I step on the flight
I’m going to pack some sanitizer and sanitizing wipes…I’m glad you guys offer them, but I’m make sure I’m safe rather than sorry.
That’s gross but enlightening. Thank you
I used to work at the Orlando International Airport. I used to talk to the cleaning crew. They told me they have like 5 mins to clean the plane as they have to run to clean the next one. So they don't clean much. They just make it 'look' clean
Airlines should be held accountable and fined
And this is why I use the bathroom BEFORE the flight, drink and eat very little.
The window cleaning is something I’ve never thought of, until you mentioned it!!! Now that I’m thinking about it, oh my, it must be covered in active germs…. and things! Wait, did you just made us scared so we clean the plane for you? 😂
So restaurants can't serve food in those conditions but airlines can?!
With the amount of money you pay for a ticket, they can CERTAINLY afford to pay people to clean the damn plane.
I'm a clean freak... this is horrifying, maybe I should become a cleaner for the airplanes 😂😂
As a germophobe, this information is greatly appreciated.

“Don’t tread on a public toilets floor barefoot”CAPTAIN OBVIOUS YO THE RESCUE AGAIN
I’m very aware of the fact they don’t deep clean the last 3 flights I took I had rubbish just left in and around the seat
That's why I choose aisle seats only
I flew with Jet2 last summer, we had to stay on the plane for assistance and I can tell you they don’t have cleaning staff, it’s just the cabin crew and they have a strict turnaround time to clean up.
On my flight the bathrooms flush was a whole Jumpscare it literally sounded like someone’s soul came out of their body
I went on a emirates flight not long ago and they cleaned the bathroom every hour, but maybe because I flew business class
yeahh im bringing a lot of hand sanitizer and wet wipes with me on my flight now
im getting flashbacks to the time I threw up all over the bathroom floor in a plane and they had to close the bathroom 😭
Who the hell goes barefoot on a plane at all?! I don't even walk their foot in my own house...
Totally believe all of this. I have a compromised immune system and every flight I've taken, I've ended up sick after. Not only is everything not so clean on an airplane, there are so many sick passengers and crew on each flight. 😔
"make sure not to use the sanitizing wipes either, because they've never been cleaned."
So basically plans are disgusting. Got it.
People spend all that money on an airplane ticket and they don't disinfect the stuff on the plane?
you mean ppl are paying a couple hundred for a plane ticket to ride in the sky in filth? 🤢 wtf
I didn’t know wipes was offered when boarding a flight. Flown delta several times and Air France, was never offered a sani-wipe. Just a friendly Hello and a snack.
The Airlines: Keeping your immunity system strong.
I don’t sit on those toilets before wipe it myself. Airplane bathrooms are small and gross 😷 to me.
When I was 12 I was sick and on my period on a flight from Australia to Dubai. I bled a LOT, through my pad, jeans, and into the seat. It had an enormous puddle. I just put a blanket over the seat and left. I felt so bad after
