when i was a messman and eventually a chef... i used to stay in the ERC. COZ... after my job in the galley i"ll do some sweating exercise... i go to engine premises which a hot area,,, there i exercise and got sweating easily.. then got relax in ERC.. before taking a bath and sleep then.. i really miss all this things,,,, but watching ur videos now... it gives me a happy memories. tnx

Is there any any accommodation for the engine crew back-aft ( stern ) or do they have to walk all the way from midship to get to the engine room. Must be a pain when an engineer has night watch and an alarm goes off.
