- Rich & Easy Caramel Sauce, It is a perfect desserts specially if you will add it as filling in cake layer, poured it in ice cream or homemade caramel bars.
Disclaimer: This video is based on my own way of making homemade caramel but there are lots of perfect recipes of caramel that you can do. You can use it as your reference in making a delicious "Caramel Syrup"

Use low heat specially if you are adding the butter

Just place it in a cool and dry place. Do not put it in the fridge.

actually may napanood na akong ganyang caramel recipe from other chief he is a foreigner and he is using 35%of heavy cream and same procedure.

Pwede po, may pgkakaiba lang s finish product, kc ang heavey cream mas mghold ang shape unlike whipping cream. Pero pwede nyo pong gmitin

Grainy un kinalabasan ng ginawa ko.nakatry na ko before ng inang recipe without butter,ok naman.but now naging grainy.i think its because of the butter

Hi thanks for watching, hindi pko nakakagamit ng fresh milk s pag gawa ng caramel..but i think fresh milk will not cut into caramel sauce, bka po madissapoint k s taste at texture.. you need heavy cream or all purpose cream pra mag thicken ang iyong caramel sauce,. Kung wala kng cream you can use a substitute.. cornstarch plus milk

For making christimas cake or Fruit cake , which type of caramel syrup is used .Dark type or Burnt caramel
Maybe dark caramel.. for taste it is best you go for salted caramel

Hindi naman po sa titigas maam, mas mgging sticky lang at lalapot. Pero once n ilabas nyo po sa fridge at ilagay lang s room temp babalik nmn po s dating appearance yung caramel

Hi, thanks for watching 😊 hindi pako nkpa store ng matagal ng caramel kc madalas ubos agad after 3 days, gingawa kc naming plaman. But you can store it in an air tight container and put it in the fridge for 2 weeks. Kpag may awful smell or molds na discard.. pero ang alam ko it can be stored up to 2-3 months basta nka sealed ng maayos😊

Inoff ko nalang yung stove ng pagkahalo na butter kahit mabula pa kasi last try ko inaantay ko mawala bubbles habang nakaon pa yung stove kaya nasunog

I believe this is Caramel Sauce and not syrup.
Syrup is more liquidy and runny while sauce has a think consistency just like what you did madam.
It looks very grainy.

That is not syrup. It is thick, so it is sauce.
