March 12th, 2019: For my 12th outing of this year, I hit the Clearwater Pass in Clearwater, Florida!
For those who weren't aware, I finally obtained my 10-years Green Card back in Mid-February of 2019. Since the process took about three years, my wife and I decided to go down to Florida for a 5-days vacation.
As you folks know, there was absolutely NO WAY that EPF wouldn't have fished -- at least a little bit -- during this family trip. Hehe. And as a result, some very interesting Species showed up: even one with ARMS?!

I hope you are all ready for some *Clearwater, Florida* videos! I came back from my 5-days _vacation_ with the wifey yesterday, and thankfully I was able to fish for a bit down there! Stay tuned for the upcoming videos: they will be *JUICY.* :D
Extreme Philly Fishing Beautiful Video Congratulations Fisherman, this place is incredible!
Have a great week of great success and good fishing.👍🎣🐟🐠
Nice video Leo. About the Bluntnose Ray, stingrays are like sharks when it comes to their tail barb. They grow their stinger back if they lose it like sharks regrow teeth.
I know I did
My favorite spot is clear water Florida my first fish I caught out there was a surf bass on a pier
Congratulations on your permanent resident card man! And great videos man! You're attitude towards fishing made me go fish more, I wish I was better at it.
“I’m no Steve Irwin” oof ain’t no stingray hurting another of my wildlife bois.
The way you interact with all the wild life around you is hilarious!
congrats on the citizenship Leo! :)!
Not quite Citizenship yet, but that is the next step! Thank you for all the love and support.
@@extremephillyfishing well america is better with you there:) thanks for all the videos over the years!:)
@420FISHERMAN 420 hahaha if only i was mariska and had her $ lol I agree though, shes a good actress. I got the name from the love guru back in the day lol
@@extremephillyfishing hey you got citizenship now… congrats !
@@extremephillyfishing did you get it yet?
That is one of the prettiest sheepshead I have seen. The black bars were almost perfect
Beautiful Video Congratulations Fisherman, this place is incredible!
Have a great week of great success and good fishing.👍

THEY CALL ME CHICKEN KILLER 🔥
...........
You the man Leo, congrats on the new species!
Those huge fins are super cool looking. Looks like it does have wings wow
at 28:56 i saw somewhere online that that’s the real-life version of the guy in spongebob who is swole
I have that saved on my phone lol
That's crazy. I caught one of these for the first time in Cedar Key FL literally a week ago. Made me do a double take because at first I thought it was just another oyster toadfish. Definitely one of the stranger species out there.
Hey Leo it's Charlie from the Sandy Run Quarry. I was in one of your videos..Anyway ..Dude perfect video for me to watch I'm going down there very soon..I can't wait! Thanks for these videos bro! Also congratulations on your green card news that's awesome. As a natural born American citizen I'm proud to have people like you and yours in this country. That's what America is all about.. being United. I hope we meet again dude. Keep up the good fishing videos! And as you would say tight lines!
Dude, it's always impressive to see you just know the species name like that
Thank you!
The Irish mojarra and the little jenny look exactly thr same !! Your good at identifijg fish ! One of the reasons I watch your vids ! Great work brother
They do look pretty alike. I will have the ID video ready for you guys in a few days. Stay tuned.
“My wife just showed up” 😂
New species for the day..
Dude that batfish looks like some kind of mutated frog and fish combo. I dont know if i would touch it if i caught one. 😵
Irish sounds right for St. Paddy’s day!
Wow! You had a great day of multi-species fishing!
It was great indeed! Hot action.
What a weird, cool looking fish. I like the sea robin as well.
Great video Leo! Amazing fish, never even knew there was something like that. Thanks for sharing!
Hope you enjoyed your vacation! Ready for the spring fishing season.
Thank you, Timmys! And I am ready for Spring as well!!!
The US couldn't ask for a better resident, Leo. Congratulations to you and your lovely wife. And that was a crazy-looking bat fish!
Thank you! I appreciate all the love and support.
Didn't think it takes that long to get the green card. Very happy for you! And your family. Really appreciate your insights on fishing, and your positive reputation for Asian Americans. Way to rep us!
Nowadays, it takes quite a while for the process! And thank you! I appreciate it.
Lmfao Chicken Killa vs white thin ass bird! LOL 😂 Leo is a beast aha
Way to go Leo. You are excellent at fishing and you are so funny.
Down the road at Treasure Island we catch a lot of sharks on the beach. Makes you leery of swimming. Also we take charters out a long way and fish for grouper. They run 10 to 30 lbs and really put the pull on the pole, as my dad says!
Thanks for the information. I appreciate you sharing!
Man that batfish was pretty cool you don't see or catch them that often because they are quite a rare fish but the cow fish looks kinda cute with its buggy eyes and face but sadly cow fish and other armored fish that live in the ocean often get washed up when hurricanes or bad weather disturb the ocean
Interesting note on Searobins--they are often used as the base for bouillabaisse.
Interesting. Thanks for sharing!
Congrats on your card...now you can't ever leave.
Now you have to work on getting your old lady to start fishing while sunning... that will let you be able to fish more lines in most places as long as she has a license. Just get her a cool lawn chair.
Thank you! And I wish. My wife just doesn't enjoy fishing at all.
Yet another great video, Leo! I'll be fishing there soon and I appreciate the advice I got from this 'report.' Hehe
Good to see someone catching fish Leo! It has been grim here in Western Pa. so far in 2019.
Lol the sheephead spin you and the soft release was just forgotten .Love it . Wish I could have fished with you in Clearwater.
If I am ever down there by myself, you are more than free to join me for an afternoon.
Wow now that is a multi species day. Yeah the spine will grow back no problem. I know you love fishing, I can tell by the 'shoo away' motion you give when you send the wife to get some sun jajajajaja
😂😂😂🤭🤭 Good one.
Love All the captions! Lol GREAT INFO! Also like to know if there will be follow up Upload explaining species! AWESOME CHANNEL! KEEP IT ☝!
Yo what’s up UA-cam ????!!!!!!!!!..........I’m with ya bro. Have a great 👍 time . Most of all HOOKEM In The Mouth!!!!!
Finally a video here in my hometown!!..love your videos leo!
29:33 Lol. Good thing you didn’t follow through on that joke EPF. 😂😂😂
Love your videos Leo.... very educational m+ keep it up bro
Nice fishing Leo, just try to relax during the trip hehehe
Epf is awesome! Tight lines and fish on 🎣😀
Epic vid ! that Batfish is so cool !!! wow
It's always a great EPF video whenever Leo starts threatening birds like the true member of the Asian folk that he is. Greetings from the Philippines. :)
😂😂🤪
Leo "I don't know how this fish is working"
Fish *swim like a naruto run*
16:54 you speak for all of us mannn birds are the worsstt
Yo !!!!! What's up Leo ?!!!!! Port Richmond in the house. Congratulations on getting legal. Just like the way you always fish. I went through the same process with my Indonesian (Chinese) wife just after 9-11. You really deserve it !!!!! Unlike certain others that make immigrants "look bad." You are a good person. I'm sincerely very happy for you and your family. Another great video. Can't wait till the weather gets warmer for trout at Penny pack Park. Hope to see you there. Tight Lines bro.
I appreciate the kind words, brother. It is definitely not an easy process for us immigrants, which is what makes the reward even more gratifying. After 3 years of paperwork, I was truly delighted to have gotten it! Heh. Tight lines!
lol that bird didn't know what was coming to it...
Love these Florida videos
Love the channel and the variety of fish you catch. This inspired me to diversify my fishing, almost feels like Pokémon
Sand key bridge and your at a state park.. lol I love Florida. Btw that spot you are at is amazing for large snook in the summer.. If u ever want a good fishing spot here in Clearwater/Dunedin area I am more then happy to help you.
I lived in Florida around 4 years ago (specifically clearwater / st pete) and I used to go to this spot a lot. Crazy seeing my favorite UA-camr there.
It is a great place to fish at, for sure.
That Batfish was wild looking!
Nice man all types of fish love the video . I so need to go get me some salt water fish . That Batfish was super weired looking . Thing has arms with fins wow So need me some salt water fish lol
Im very familiar with Clearwater pass fished it many times in the past, its about 20 minutes from me.glad you enjoyed it.
Sheepshead good eating fish, glad you got your citizenship, you need a larger setup put those panfish on and hold on monster snook and reds are all over that area.
I appreciate the information. Thanks for sharing, and thanks for all the love and support!
29:34 he was like should i say it. He thought no
I never caught a bat fish let alone even seen one, thank you Leo, that was a cool looking fish
No problem. Glad that you enjoyed the video.
Cool video Leo, that was a good day. The fishing here in SW Florida has not been any good for over a year now because of red tide killings.
I talked to many locals and they said the same thing. They told me how the population of Snook, Drum, and Groupers dropped after the red tide. Truly sad.
@@extremephillyfishing it is very sad, I do more fresh water fishing these days.
Hey Leo my man. You been out for quite a while since your last video. I take it you were just a bit sick or had a gout flare-up . . .
. . . or maybe you just blew us off because you wanted to play some Seiken Densetsu???
In either case, it's good to see that you're back and feeling good. 😎
Yes...February was a tough month for me. Now I am back in full force! Thank you for all the concern.
Entertaining as always
Nice Batfish! Wow!
OMG I live SO close too cleawater!
Congrats Brother!! I love you vids. You are awesome
Thank you!
A stingray’s barb is similar to shark teeth a new one simply takes the out older one and it is like a conveyor belt of barbs. Besides it really doesn’t matter if you take it out or not. As long as you ain’t hit by it you’ll be fine.
Big congrats on your citizenship my guy🙏. Keep up the vids and keep up the lifelisting
I can't say this enough! Your vids are the best
You should make a video on your set ups and knots that you use! Thanks!!!
I appreciate the suggestion. There are actually a few of those on the Channel already. Look it up. Tight lines!
@@extremephillyfishing oh wow thank you for the reply!!
Going fishing right now, tight lines!!
Good stuff Leo congrats tight lines
Thank you!
I never even knew a fish like that existed!
great channel 👍 and nice videos
Congrats!! On your green card and your video progress! I'm going to Florida hopefully this year I'm in myrtle beach, South carolina catching trout, blue fish, black drum and puffer fish hoping I catch a big shark this week before I leave

BatFish wow that little guy💥👏🔥
Congratulations Leo
Ahh, I dont follow other social media than youtube. I should really follow IG or something so I can know when youre in FL. Most of the time you fish in places I could visit and youre one of my favorite fishermen.
Definitely do so! I announce most of my trips via IG, so everyone there knows what is going on. Thanks for all the love and support.
👍, I enjoy your videos.
Congrats sir welcome to the usa
Brother, I'd love to be out there fishing right now...but damn.....I probably have some root canal treatment coming up. So instead of fishing myself, I'll just watch my favorite fishing youtuber fish with great success.
Get that tooth fixed, brother! The fish will be there for ya.
I do that with stingrays all the time, they grow back quickly
Very new to your Channel...👍👍
Congratulations brother.
Congrats leo
Thank you!
Chicken KILLA! Better watch Out! lmao 😂😂😂😂😂
Dude big ups to the wife leo. Tell her please, she awesome! Makes you so free even on trips
👏👏👏 Agree. She was very supportive during this trip. 😍
@@extremephillyfishing plus she makes you stop and eat n drink instead of half dying and then stopping lol
Best video by far!
The batfish sure was creepy looking.....like something out of the Twilight Zone!!
Grats on the new species Leo the chicken killa
Thank you!
Congratulations!!.. Was that at Sand Key Park in Clearwater?
Yes.
I love your videos❤
Well done my friend...congrats to you both on becoming full fledged legal American citizens!!!
Thank you! I appreciate it. But for now, I am at the stage of being an unconditional permanent resident. Citizenship is next!
Man how much I’ve missed seeing that avid pearl
*Oh yeah!* The Avid Pearl is back *FULL-GAME-MODE!*
I go to school in Philly it would be lit if we could meet up. Sick content though.
Thank you! I am glad that you enjoy the contents on the Channel.
*Fish be like:* 👣🐟👐
Hey Leo when you fish saltwater , how do you go about handling a new species fish, not knowing if it’s venomous .. or have some sort of toxins on it .. since it’s a new species
If you have absolutely no knowledge of it and the fish looks sketchy, definitely be very careful with it. Most of the times, the angler has some knowledge on the venomous/poisonous organisms out there, though. Lol. That's what the books are for!
