Ive done my own research on Gatorade fit and im surprised how healthy they actually made it. I personally think they taste better than OG Gatorade as well.
100% Glad they finally have a real tasting drink as well and not that artificial crap
other than sodium being a little high, this is the best stuff on the market...Period
anyone crying over 2 grams of sugar needs to just go ahead and find the highest building and throw themselves off
I think the sodium being high makes perfect sense if it’s supposed to be an athletic drink
That drink is great for hangovers
You r a legend doc
Did they make them smaller? I can’t find the original size i used to drink
You did another video 4 years ago for Gatorade Zero and said it was not acceptable due to the sugar substitute. How is 'Fit' different as it also uses a sugar alternative?
Watermelon juice is natural
What you think about butter I'm trying give up dairy keto
I’ve read Keto is a bogus hollywood trend diet
If there's 10 calories per serving and there's 2.5 servings per container, doesn't that mean the container has 25 calories and not 20 calories on the container?
Nope, half swerving calories is miniscule so it doesn't add any. Its less than 1
I actually love the G fit drinks. The watermelon is my favorite. I get the 16.9 oz. Bottles, though. I drink one when I'm working out, working outside in the hot, or any situation where I need some rehydration
