If possible, do a complete flight in fs2020 with all procedures.
HI Magnar, thjs video is outstanding. I have a question, in my sim... sometimes im in vnav and I want to descend, so I set my target altitude then press VS but VS never engages and it is stuck in vnav. Do you have any idea why this would happen? Thanks.
To use VS, you must 1) Select an altitude below your current altitude. 2) Select VS mode. 3) Turn the pitch wheel to set the vertical speed.
@@FlywithMagnar Thanks for the reply magner. Sometimes I do this but the VS does not begin to move and the aircraft holds its altitude.. might be a bug im not sure :(
Can you use LNAV/VNAV on a LOC approach?
No, the localizer has a different obstacle-free path than provided by LNAV/VNAV.
