Excellent. That's a good tip to turn on the screensaver. It's easy to get overly concerned with the grid when you are watching the screen. Turning the screen off allows for a more natural feel, where you use your ears to play, not your eyes.
I'm a super fan of your Guitar Style! The first time i heard the Grymyrk Demo i started to play guitar and make my own One man band! Thank you Snorre! 🤘
Thx for the stellar master elite and the way you gave that rebel spirit that did engine mine in the path to forward own faith and the forces in our sour inverosimil kind of demon potestad and war within ego and cosmos conquered

Hello Snorre. Can I contact you somehow? If you don't mind, and if there is such an opportunity, could you tell (show tabs somewhere, if there are any, or name chords) how Fall and Home from Grymyrk are played?
I use Protools, but are considering moving over to Logic eventually. I like Protools in a lot of ways though, but I suspect life can be simpler with Logic.
Hi Snorre. To see you here is finally a wonder. Nothing else. Can you please tell me some good guitars for a beginner? I rather hear your opinion and not the meaning of somebody that sell me the guitar in the end. Do you get my Problem? The Podcast with Erik was very funny, thank you for this. I first saw you in the Helvete Doku and thought : What a symphatic guy. Good sense of Humor. All i heard and read in the past has been rumors...
Thank you!! I hope to do good in the world and contradict my shy and paranoid personality with sharing some accumulated knowledge, and maybe even inspire more people to make music. I pay little attention to rumors myself as I consider them a weak source of information ;-) Concerning guitars I get your problem, I have owned 5 different guitars in total. First I got a cheap beginner Ibanez then a cheap second hand Washburn. Then inspired by Mayhem I just had to have a Gibson Les Paul so I saved up. I ended up using the Les Paul for everything after that and for 30 years it's been my only guitar. It sounds really good, but it's not the easiest guitar to play and it is heavy as hell. I have been priviledged and got to play a lot of other good quality guitars and finally decided to get a second, more comfortable guitar in the ESP one. I really enjoy playing it and it has been worth the investment. My advice is this: try out plenty guitars. Look for one you like to play, one that sounds nice to your ears when unplugged as this is the basic/ original sound. The sound of the instrument can then be altered by changing pickups and with effects and amps etc. I would look for a good guitar at a shop with plenty models and then find the one you like the best on the second hand marked to save some bucks.
Bunch of sycophants in this comment session ...you´re overthinking things ...by the time "you get it right" it feels proportionately wrong (if you know what I mean ). You want 2 -3 honest people in a room ...if you slap me once I mention how the 2nd Emperor sounds so marvellous I just have to live with it cause I deserve it . "Yes people " are the natural enemies of great art. Thanks for the entertainment !
This is incredible. Thanks Snorre for sharing this. Always look forward to these videos!
Imagine being a successful self made UA-camr and just chatting away with a legend of the genre, I love this
This is pure gold Snorre!
Artig å sjå! Ser fram til å høre mer👍
I feel so lucky to be able to see this. Thank you very much.

I don't know if there are tabs for this and I am not used to writing them, but we might look at som more old songs in later videos.
Snorre Westvold Ruch! I think the classical music of Edvard Grieg, Wagner and Tschaikovsky may have been a really influence on Scandinavian metal.
True that!
I've enjoyed these videos a lot. which DAW are you using? it looks like Logic on your laptop..... but the DAW on the bigger Mac I dont recognise
