There was definitely sparks when they meet up after 6 years. They were together at the end of the movie riding their motorcycles into the sunset. My take is he moved back to L.A. cuz they still loved each other . ❤️

I think it's better like that. Elle understand that she needs to care about her and stop do things to be good with one of the two guys that she loves so much. Moreover, she chooses her career, and it's the best. And for finish, she finally met him at the end. It's sad but finally two people who have to be together meet themselves !
Personally, this movie did portray SOME realism into the movie. (Knowing that this is a romance and based off of js fantasy teenage love) I could see why Lee didn’t support their relationship bc he knew his brother was like a golden child who had everything compared to Lee. To me, I feel like sum people feel that pain that lee was suffering. And too add abt college as well. Elle was basing off her college based on everyone else’s opinion and was going to college based off someone else’s fulfillment. So I’m glad in the end, she finally did smth BY her judgment. And lastly, after her mom passed away and her dad going out again, was portrayed the best in the movie imo. Bc I can understand how she must’ve felt seeing another woman js coming into her life trying to be her new mother figure. It was realistic bc it was based off acceptance and growth. But other than all that, I enjoyed the movie. And then not being together in the end shows that not every relationship works out and not every relationship is perfect. But at least they still found one another:)
The height difference between them does the real magic🙌❤ I loved the Elle Noah dancing scene in Season 3... After everything, they found a way back to each other through that💖🥺. I so wanted them to be together, but the ending just was so unexpected. I was so angry at that time on the makers but gradually realised that it's ok they didn't end up together, not every love story have a happy ending, maybe they found happiness in just letting the other person go.. 😌🌟💝

Seeing this altogether, I never noticed how insecure and how many trust issues Elle had. It makes sense why Noah became just as insecure and distrusting of the men Elle was around. You start to reflect the company you keep. They were too toxic for each other. All of the fun and excitement drained from their relationship the moment Elle started getting into her head. I know they were trying to make it a distance thing, distance is hard, but it doesn't bring out issues unless they were always there. Spending the summer together in movie 3 didn't make things any better with Lee acting like a brat and Elle hanging around Marco. It was so painful to watch their lack of chemisty and how reserved and bitter Noah had become. He was so different in movie 1, so much more fun, playful and daring. I hate that the writers did that to these characters in movies 2 & 3 and destroyed their relationship.

Jacob completely checked out, as if he was embarrassed of the entire production next to his more serious roles. But he definitely wasn't alone. It seemed like all of the actors, writers, and directors just checked out of movie 3. Like they were just fullfilling their contract and getting it over with.

Elle had trust issues because of the long distance thing. She never asked him about the earring. She assumed and the fact that he lied when she asked who he went out with, it was because she was being insecure about it and he thought if she didn't think he went out with the girl she thought he liked, it would be better.
PLEASE READ Noah wasn’t selfish in the relationship they both were they both asked each other for a lot and sacrificed a lot of things for each other. Elle knew Marco liked her because he confessed it in the second movie but she still entertained him so of course Noah was hurt and he was a jealous person which was a bad thing but Elle knew it and decided to keep being close friends with the guy she cheated on Noah with which is why I took Noah’s side they were a great couple which just failed to get through their rough patch I’m sad they never did get back together However in my imagination they meet later in after elle finished college and realized they never got over each other date and get married

This is such a beautiful edit. However, the movie left me sobbing ❤😭 and no offense, but them meeting after "six years", seemed so off because both of them looked the same but oh well. Hoping that a 4th movie comes out next year (even though that's not going to happen, a girl can only wish 😭😩)

Noah wasn’t selfish in the relationship they both were they both asked each other for a lot and sacrificed a lot of things for each other. Elle knew Marco liked her because he confessed it in the second movie but she still entertained him so of course Noah was hurt and he was a jealous person which was a bad thing but Elle knew it and decided to keep being close friends with the guy she cheated on Noah with which is why I took Noah’s side they were a great couple which just failed to get through their rough patch I’m sad they never did get back together
However in my imagination they meet later in after elle finished college and realized they never got over each other date and get married

Даже тот факт, что он не обернулся все же ранил Элль и заставил сомневаться в крепкости их отношений. Возможно, это была аллегория, что ребята были не особо зрелыми и способными сохранить отношения. А в последнем фильме каждый из них дорос до зрелых, здоровых отношений без боли, страданий и юношеского максимализма) И если в первом фильме Ноа забрал надежду, то в третьем - наоборот, подарил.

This is such a beautiful edit. However, the movie left me sobbing ❤😭 and no offense, but them meeting after "six years", seemed so off because both of them looked the same but oh well. Hoping that a 4th movie comes out next year (even though that's not going to happen, a girl can only wish 😭😩)

I think you have to look at it , that Noah really loved her... and he let her go to do what she wanted , and what she need to achieve and then at the end when this was done he came back for her ... and they did get back together as adults not kids ... just look for the signs Noah wasnt the player he was meant to be ... in fact the opposite
