Yes, decrease agi still save if we not targeting enemy, so you need turn off auto attack. If you wanna use decrease agi, you just tap manual attack once so it will attack the closest enemy right? then the decrease agi will used also automatic. Thats how i used and save decrease agi 😇
There is no useless buffs, there is only what to be prioritize first on every situation. maybe the only useless buffs is lex aeterna if we use it without communication first with targets, so it will waste 😇
