- This is a basic tear down of the Nolan N87 motorcycle helmet. Pulling out the inner visor, outer visor, head liner and cheek pads. Towards the end I just recap some of the features of the helmet itself.
Thanks for a werry good video, that saved the life of my helmet.
Glad you could use the information in the video. It was fun making it.

On mine I always get confused by which way the slider moves on the top to open the vents … 🤔
With all the moving parts on the helmet, I understand what your saying!
thanks for the video, some of my cheek pad snaps have broken. Do you know how to get replacements?
I,M a thinking, you can just go on the Nolen website. And they have cheek pads for sale for all of their helmets. You can even change the size from medium to small large or to extra large. They are about $20. You might even look on eBay if you like that better.
I need some help, i remove cheek pads foam for cleaning, and i don't know how was the foam inside, with decupation to face or oposite?
I’m kinda confused about you saying you removed the foam. You can just throw the whole ear pad in the washing machine and wash it the way it is and then put it back in the helmet. Sounds like you remove the foam from inside the air pad.
@@windsurfed1 i know, but i'm new in motorcycle world. Can you show me how is the foam psitioned in the cheek pad? Please! 😁
@@caiaadrian3686 I think you’re just asking how the cheat pads go in so I will try to explain it to you I could make a short video and send it to you but I wouldn’t know how The red part on the cheek pad goes towards the top of the helmet. The chin retention strap goes in the little slot in the cheek pad.
@@caiaadrian3686 OK try the short video see if this helps

@@windsurfed1 thank's! But i know how to put the cheek pad back in helmet. I want to see how is your foam placed inside of the cheek pad. Becouse the foam is cut. And you can swap it in right or left, but is not the same thing for confort.
Hi where is the teardown? I want to take out everything inside... The tittle is missleading i think
Well, I thought I tore it down to the maximum a person could tear it down. You cannot remove the poly Styrofoam. What did I miss that you were looking for?
