Chances of a boss spawning on Streets:
Statistics tells us that all combinations of all different chances must equal to 1 (or 100%)
There is 2 bosses, lets say their spawn rate is still 30%.
The chance of 0 bosses being up is: 0.7 * 0.7 = 0.49 = 49%
The chance of exactly 1 boss being up is: 0.7 * 0.3 * 2 = 0.42 = 42% (Already multiplied by 2 because either one of the boss can be up)
The chance of both bosses being up at the same time = 0.3 * 0.3 = 0.09 = 9%
Validation check: 0.49 + 0.42 + 0.09 = 1 = 100%, correct.
This means that the chance of 1 boss being up is 42%, and the chance of 1 OR 2 bosses being up is 42%+9%=51%

Funny how Pest can run through 4 maps without coming across a single player yet I spawn into one and get one tapped from a guy sitting on a mountain top from a mile away within a minute. Easy to make this game look easy when you're playing on empty servers.
