Dirty Nail Salons?

DAYTON -- We've all heard horror stories about dirty nail salons with fungus growing under nail beds when ladies get those acrylic nails. But who's really in charge of making sure those salons are sanitary and stay up to code? We wanted to find out, so Elyse Coulter rode along with an inspector with the Board of Cosmetology.
