Can you explain the wires and the small junction box that comes out the back? Thanks
Those cables are required for the buttons on the Thrust Levers to work. The product works with a USB cable and when you plug it into your computer, you only need to assign keys for the buttons on the product to work. That black box is the electronic card of the product.

can we put 4 Levers for a 747 and does it come with Flaps and spoiler levers?
If you purchase the full set package, all levers will be shipped to you.The 747 probably wouldn't be useful.

how does xbox recognize it?
You connect the USB cable that comes with the product to the Xbox. It recognizes my Xbox product and then you just assign keys.
