Man this cooker is nice as well
awe man. not going to lie. I don't think I've wanted a grill more than this one in years.
You took the words right out of my mouth…. What a cooker….DAM!!….
I want to see every type of cook on this thing i cant wait to get one.
I’d like to see how a rotisserie cook, low and slow smoke and something grilled. Basically everything. 😂
Thanks for the feedback
Chris. Thats pretty bad ass.... Looking forward to some cooks.
Love'n that cooker, Chris! The attention to detail on your grills is second to none.
Thanks 👍
That’s an awesome grill!
I've been waiting for this cooker 😊
Just have to get approval from my CFO aka wife. Will make a great addition to my LSG offset with warming oven.
Sounds good
I too would like to see a rotisserie cook. Also high sear, low and slow and using the pizza oven.
They are coming, doing the pizza video today! Then maybe brisket.
Nice, Chris!!!
Chris, it was nice meeting you today. I'd like to see an indirect low and slow cook (butt or brisket)
Likewise, Definitely doing a low and slow soon.
Chris this is my next cooker with a rotisserie. Looks Awesome!! Can't Wait for my 60" Santa maria grill to arrive. I figure its still a few months away. Between both I will have the ultimate backyard barbecue kitchen. ;-)
Right on!
I’d love to see a direct heat-ish wing cook. I currently make wings on my 22” WSM with a Firedial heat deflector. Not quite direct but not indirect. I’ve made wings every way imaginable and those are the favorite in my house. It looks like I could replicate that with this cooker by building a fire at the bottom and your deflector with holes in it. I’m either buying this or the 42” Pellet.
Thanks
Need an El Patron 48”! Cheers!!
I'd settle for a 42".
@@Mike-fb4rl Never settle. Go big or go home! Cheers!
Love it!!
Thank you!!
I'd like to see a low and slow smoke while using the fire management basket. I ordered one of these on the first day and got the pizza stone, griddle, and the fire management box. I'm assuming cleanup will be just vacuuming the brick area.
Pizza video being filmed today then I think a brisket after that.
Great video Chris. If I missed this sorry to repeat: after the paint is cured do you recommend mineral oil on the outside?
I vote for, Rotisserie Turkey. Low... & Slow....
I’m on a budget so can only get this or the pellet LSG I am so undecided, sheesh lol. I have a current Traeger 885 so maybe I go with this until I win the lottery and skip the LSG pellet for now. This El Patron is talking to me.
Hello sir what is the distance from the fire brick to the cooking grate? Thanks in advance
I'm no expert, but wouldn't it make more sense to have the Tell True thermometer at the same level as the main cooking grate?
Me interesa vivo en mexico algún distribuidor porfavor

Filming the pizza cook today.
Do a brisket.
I'd like to see a turkey rotisserie, please. And a pizza..always a pizza.
