I really enjoyed the video. Thank you for taking the time to show me the el patron in person today. You and your team build a great product and have a very nice facility. Keep up the great work!
@Jeeptj1300 I'm getting ready to order one this month. I seen some problems with the pellet dump but I think they fixed it and I see it takes awhile for the prob on the door and the digital one to read the same temp.
eally love the design and this is tempting, but I'm wondering why the top chamber was not designed to be more square so that another full sized set of grates could be added (instead of just the more narrow second tier. This would have allowed for extra capacity when used as a smoker, and it could also allow for something like a pizza steel to be set on the grates to emulate the radiant heat of a dome in a dedicated pizza oven and could maybe get you closer to a Neapolitan result. I am a big fan of Lone Star Grills and already own a Mini Insulated Cabinet Smoker. I know you put a lot of well balanced thought into designing your products. So I assume there was a good reason for not designing it this way, and I am truly curious what the unfitting compromise was that kept this from making it into the design.
It this had a pellet function, too. It would be the ultimate outdoor cooker. It's already more versatile than anything out there. I will be getting this
That is not realistic at all, a decent gas or pellet grill will cost that much. My Camp Chef Woodwind was over $1000 and I have replaced most of the components multiple times already in only 5 years with tons of rust in a very dry climate. This weighs 450 pounds, my Camp Chef weighs 150. Body is 3/16 carbon steel. The grates are 1/2 solid square bar. This is a commercial level lifetime grill that will be around forever if taken care of with very little maintenance.
Planning on trying a pizza this weekend on the El Patron. Do you recommend building the fire on the bottom or on the adjustable rack? If you're doing it on the bottom, I assumed you took out all the grates on the adjustable rack? @lonestargrillz
Nice grill! Papi wants a brisket pizza. 😁
Now I want pizza for dinner! That's a nice cooker!
Great demo of the pizza function! Incredible versatility! Would love to see a low ‘n slow and a rotisserie cook🙏🏾
Loving it!

Thanks for doing a pizza....NOW my wife will buy in..LOL
Loving this grill Chris!
Magical!! Love the versatility!! What about that new intro though!! 🔥🔥🔥
THATS AN AWSOME COOKER , IT WOULD LOOK GOOD NEXT TO MY LSG PELLET GRILL
How long have you had the pellet grill?
A couple of years it’s awesome with the off-road kit

@@michaelbarnhardt8274 have had several pellet grills and the LSG is hands down the best I have seen or used.
@@michaelbarnhardt8274 How are you liking yours?
Such a versitile cooker!
Nice.
Now I want one! Does the pizza stone ever get too hot?
Nice!
Thank you!
Glad you like it.
One bite everyone knows the rule . Nice job Chris .
@@countryfirstusa9072you watch Bar Stool pizza reviews also!!

Good quality, premade pizza dough at 400f? I'm sure Vincenzo's plate will have a lot of complaints.
I really want one of these smokers. When my piece of junk camp chef pellet smoker craps out I’m getting one.
Now you're just teasing us LOL
Ever thought about making a gravity charcoal/smoker grill like the masterbuilt. That thing would sell like hot cakes.
It this had a pellet function, too. It would be the ultimate outdoor cooker. It's already more versatile than anything out there. I will be getting this
I was thinking the same thing
What about baking bread?
Can it get hotter? Pizza should be cooked at around 750 to 900f. A Margaret pizza should take less than 2 minutes
Does that pizza stone fit in the pellet grill?
No but we will have a pizza attachment soon
@chrisgoodlander4719 Can you tell us anything more about the attachment? Any idea when it might be available (by Christmas possibly)?
The under carriage looked 🔥
do you need to rotte the pizza?
More pepperoni
How large a pizza will it cook?
Unfortunately the unit is far too expensive in my opinion. I could see $1000 to $1200 but no more.

I think most people tune in because of the grill, not the pizza recipe. More grill less cooking lesson please.

I did it on the bottom with the adjustable grates removed. Let us know how it turns out.
@@lonestargrillz one more question. Did you leave the pizza opening open the whole time it cooked?
@@buzzindsm3380 Yes it stayed open the whole time.
