    Thank you for the clear directions. We are renting a Buick. Using it properly really elivates the trip. Very nice.

    2018 GMC Acadia Denali here… beautiful vehicle and love it otherwise but I get very frustrated with the Adaptive Cruise Control sometimes… no matter what distance it’s set at, it always seems to drop speed much lower than necessary when I’m behind someone even when a good distance away from the other driver while they’re also going a consistent speed I had been. Hopefully improvements have been made with the model years.

    I just bought a Buick with this feature and tried it out on the weekend. The "far" distance is WAY too close for my comfort!!! I consider it tailgating and I am VERY DISAPOINTED IN THIS FEATURE! I guess it's made for crazies in large cities, but for normal people "far" is WAY TOO CLOSE to the car in front!!!! There is no time to stop safely that close to another vehicle. I don't feel safe using this feature!!!
