I had that tank out before you and was on some very uneven ground it only came close to striking the ground once and I was really trying to see if it would , I really don't think its a problem. The only problem with it is spreading sideways across a hill and the tank slides it could be an issue

I told ya Phil when ye got this tanker there is to much to manage with this tanker, ideal for good flat ground does a class job as your dad said hit a hub in bad ground and you could do a lot of damage to that tanker

If you want to be a good farmer you need to be fairly good at school. Spreadsheets that add up, chemistry for understanding your soil structure and what fertilizer to use,, Tech for planning and fixing at stuff. Etc. Etc. Do as well.as you can and you'll be a much better farmer, it is compulsory so make good is of your time - young fella. Wish I could go back and work.a.bit harder when education was free to me, costs thousands these days.

What the difference between a dribble bar and a trailing shoe
dribble bar drops it onto the ground in lines, trailing shoe leaves it in lines on the ground, not much in the difference really
What would you say is the minimum horsepower needed for a tanker of that size, 120hp?
I would say 100 if you have the weight you don’t need the ho really it’s just the weight

I'd say minimum 150 hp takes power to run the masarator but I have hills
maserators are hydraulically driven right? Would it really sap that much power
We have a 2500 gl abbey with trailing shoe and it could be pulled with 120 hp but if you are running the Maserator on any kind of a rise of ground you need 150 hp or more

Not sure about doing it 'legally', just a case of say nothing and feck it out on some field and grow the mushrooms, theres probably some course you have to do so you can drop a pipe into a tank and fill it up and you can be sure as shit that course will cost a few pound
