- Hey, fellow riders. To make up for the poor quality of this video, I decided to do another review, which you can find here • Suzuki TU250X Review: ... .
I wish to apologize to you from the onset about the visual and audio quality of this video. Like many of you, I work by day and I ride by night.
I am a new rider--sort of, for I have been riding two wheelers for years (BV 350 & Vespas)--and I am teaching myself how to ride by routinely stealing into the night with my TU250X.
Be well, ride well, and always remember old Horace's warning:
"Scale back your long hopes
to a short period. While we
speak, time is envious and
is running away from us.
Seize the day, trusting
little in the future."
Carpe Diem!
Just picked up a 2012. My first bike at 62 years old. Ready for some fun!
Hi Esteban! Hope all is well. Congratulations on your TU! Beautiful bike. Enjoy, have fun, and please be careful. Ride safely!
@@ReluctantBikerNYC Hello Reluctant Rider, I appreciate your comment. Thank you and I will be very careful.
Great review😊
You're right, looks like a Bonneville. Mine's all black, nice looking but am planning on painting the tank like yours. I love the contrast. Ride safe!
Yes, John, you're absolutely right. The exhaust sounds almost like a Bonnie too. Almost. You know, I never had this color in mind...until I saw it on this bike. It just contrasts so well, and it looks amazing in the sun! I've been surprised by it really. I got to tell you, though, that I also like all black. It's a mean color, in a good way.
2 yrs later.. still have it and it's still all black! Have missed your interesting uploads. The TU is indeed a great urban runnabout. Hope all is well. 👍👍
Cool review!
Glad you enjoyed it
Good job!
Thank you! Cheers!
As you mentioned, the video quality isn't great, but nice review overall.
Thanks!
What tire brand would you suggest for the Suzuki TU250x? I plan on riding on some street pavement and also at camping parks where it may have dirt/gravel roads. Not sure if I should get a dual sport tire or just regular street tires? Thank you for your time and suggestions.
For the time I had it, I rode mine on paved roads 99% of the time on stock tires, and they never failed. I, however, remember reading on a forum that changing the tires to certain brands improved the TU’s performance, but I don’t remember exactly the names of those brands. But I suggest you visit this forum and search up the topic. Here’s the link: tu250riders.com/viewtopic.php?t=134
I liked this forum a lot. I met some good people there. Hope this helps! Let me know.
@@ReluctantBikerNYC Thank you for the link. I'll let you know what I find.
