A Faretta is to represent yourself, a Marsden is to fire a court-appointed attorney…do you practice criminal law?

I'm on my 3rd public defender, this one hasn't called me back in 4 months; and I've yet to stand before the judge in this whole 2 years of hell.

You're not the only one you just have to study law case law constitutional law federal case laws and your local whatever state you're in laws be proactive educate yourself do not let public defenders or any lawyer even a hired lawyer is ignorant 90% of the time they all work together especially if it's a local lawyer

So here's the thing, if you do this I feel like your plea bargain that was offered initially would definitely get worse and when the judge decides to give you the sentence there is a good chance he's going to go on the heavy side. Here's a question how would someone go about finding a good lawyer in there area?? Most google reviews are paid for by said lawyer or are bs. Thankyou if you answer in advance!

There is no argument with your statement the federal system in the state system set up all of these branches to help people and when you go to get help seek legal help or even assistance in your community you get turned down there is no assistance everybody takes advantage of the system when they are a public servant in any way shape or form

You never go by a judge trial you always go by a jury trial that's absolutely correct local lawyers are in cahoots with the public defender state's attorney they go to functions dinners social functions like a clan they are all in cahoots that's why you educate yourself you study case law federal law in the Constitution and you don't let your lawyer run your case you be proactive be educated it's as easy as Google

And of course if you can afford it you hire an attorney outside that county who specifically does just that case law whether it's a felony or a misdemeanor you're better off getting a lawyer of your county who practices in the case you have

What lawyers judges state's attorneys public defenders what they do is they crazy make people and they gaslight them if you cannot afford to defend yourself there's truly know hope unless you have family friends you go on the internet and you get Facebook GoFundMe pages etc people need to video record and expose that's the only way to get transparency
