This is my take, in this generation 'Instilling fear' wont solve anything.This is a more informed generation.Most counselors , pastors etc .The society should aspire to instill sense and leave the person to make their own choices.It is important to understand the "Why".Make a conscious choice for abstinence or otherwise .But REMEMBER either way be ready for the consequences.
