It seems Randy is quite the busy boy this morning. But instead of sipping on honey and napping like the other bears, he's out getting things done like a true boss. Maybe he's trying to impress the lady bears with his work ethic. Or maybe he's just got a lot of bear-y important tasks to accomplish.

Because there WERE trees in there. Notice now there are not many left. The bears rip them to shreds.

Maybe try put in alot of vegetation , bushes etc , and they wont attack trees anymore ....but u might have to make it larger , just suggestions

I’m sorry, I don’t know what YOUR experience with bears is but we have had them for more than 50 years and trees do not survive in enclosures no matter how many. It’s pointless and expensive to plant a hundred trees over and over and as saplings they wouldn’t even last a day. So it really isn’t practical.

@@OrphanedWildlife Must be a way to solve it and work around it , u just havent found it yet , because this dont happen in the free and in the woods , bears dont go around destroying all the bush and trees in the woods do they , i dunno , if i was to try something i would focus all the scratching trees in the center of the sanctuary , and build up brush along side the fence lines and inwards , make the animals used to going to the center to scratch on those trees as a habit , when they have learned to behave and do that , u can build up brush from the outside and inwards towards the center slowly , after time u will have a full grown forrest for them and they will only scratch the center poles because thats what they are used to and trained to do , i mean there is ALOT of things u could do , thats just one suggestion.
