Street volume 2 is the best arcade basketball game, ncaa 2k8 is the best college basketball game and 2k11 is the best NBA basketball game

@@NMV-eq5jt yup! Honorable mentions to NBA Live 05 and 06 (dunk contest in 05 and "badges" before there were badges really in 06) and NBA Jam too! (NBA Hangtime and 2k16 were great too)
@@phresh07 NBA 2k9, 2k10, NBA Ballers, NBA Live 02, Live 03, and Live 04 definitely top tier NBA games too. NBA Streets and Showtime NBA on NBC best arcades.

@@xman777b it has the greastest franchise mode in 2k history and the gameplay is pretty realistic even for todays standards also no vc imo 2k11 is better but this is easily top 2

I was playing this game until they shut off the servers in like 2013. Sucks I can’t play with updated rosters now without doing the whole flash drive thing.
There real players just not the names, for example that first point guard on UCLA is Darren Collision, that teams also has guys like Kevin Love, Russell Westbrook and Luc Mbah a Moute

hopefully college football and basketball games will return because of NIL. Hopefully 2k and EA won't try to pull their usual garbage. It's vastly more likely that cancer will be cured tomorrow than than ea and 2k not being ea and 2k though.
